A Couple Of Greats......

This is Cooper, he is the youngest in the family . He is my great nephew. Fell asleep after everyone passed him around for some hugs and playing. :):)
This is Erron and her father. She is my great niece. Her father is very  kind and watched her very carefully. This little girl is so sweet and sharing.
Some of the girls playing bean bag/corn hole games. They were playing against the boys. LOL Lots of bragging.Too funny. The day was absolutely meant for a picnic. Got a bit warm, but nothing as bad as the past few years. Lots of good food, laughs, conversations, and picture taking. Another wonderful 4th of July with my family. Hope all of you enjoyed your holiday too.  XO

  1. Sweet little faces. I am enjoying the holiday through everyone's pictures. The weather here is chilly. My kind of weather. I am resting and doing ok. No big celebrating here. Enjoy.

    1. Beth, I love holding little babies and talking to them...they are so darn cute. My daughter and I both remarked about how we had forgotten how much a little one can weigh. LOL. I hope you had a good day and some pleasant weather. I am totaling loving this low humidity. Blessings, xoxo,Susie

    1. Hi Bonnie girl, I saw you featured at Susan's. Wonderful. We love our babies don't we?? Ted and I used to play a game called "washer toss"...you toss a 3 inch diameter washer into a hole for points. Not as awkward to transport around...but on the lines of Corn hole game. Hope you are having a great weekend, xoxo,Susie

  6. Holidays are so much fun with family around. Fortunately, all the people on our street are family because our children were both out of town.

Your niece and nephew are precious.

  7. Carol, I think of people who's children and siblings do not live near by...I always hope there's some one there for them. So it's good your neighbors the close with your family. Blessings, xoxo,Susie

    1. Jann, I had to switch to a lipstick that would not rub off....cause I use to leave little kisses on the babies heads. LOL. Once years ago, my SIL thought his son Jake had fell and hurt his head...it was my lipstick on his forehead.:):) xoxo,Susie

    1. Laurie, That is the way our get together used to be, lots of babies and help holding them. But as my siblings and I age, it's our nieces and nephew having the babies. But I still like to hold and hug them. xoxo,Susie

  13. I have no idea what corn hole is, but as long as everyone had fun. Your weather looked great, ours was not so great.

    1. Boston Boy, I think of corn hole as very much like horse shoes. That board is tilted and has a hole in it and you toss small bags filled with beans or corn and try to get them in the hole or closest. I do not play it myself. It safer than horse shoes and not as heavy to throw. LOL. Sorry about that rotten weather. I was so scared to see another hurricane heading up the coast, especially after Sandy. Wishing you well, xoxo,Susie
