This Morning....

Took the computer in and had the manager of the shop see what all would not work since they worked on it. I swear I think he just tried to send me a bill....that better not be a bill it better be an offer of a yearly fee of 200 per unit..... That is not happening.  I do not want any more of their services.
I tried to show what it would not do on my blog site. He just kept going at it....proving even he had problems with it . What the heck....I did not have those problems before taking our computer into that shop.
How would someone even think to justify charging to clean up an error they made. I am not happy.  I will not be needing any more service from there.
We live and learn, I guess.  Hope your day is better than mine. xo

  2. Don't you love it when business offers a service, mishandles it and then charges you for their mistake. Sounds like the car dealership I bought my car at, and why I go to my regular mechanic instead of them. They are much closer to me than my mechanic.

    1. Boston Boy...they tried to tell me the 5 or more things that my computer will no longer do is program changes at Microsoft...are you kidding me. One thing I might believe but not that many. No I will not go back there...ever. Plus I will not recommend that service. Hope all your computer problems are easier to solve. People just love taking advantage of those that are not in the know. It's a sad thing. I am like you, once I find someone trustworthy , I always go back and I do tell others about their good service too. xoxo,Susie

    1. Good service and integrity go along way with us. The ophone services are going thru this very thing right now...I hear of people changing all the time. TV is another. I'll just deal with all these issues till I find time with my children. xoxo,Susie

  5. Yikes! what a horrid experience! We are very happy to have a computer GENIUS who fixes our computers and does multiple other amazing things too, like get my cellphone to sync with my email (which my email provider tries not to allow to happen). Bad sentence there. Anyway, hope your day gets better and that you can find someone competent to work on computer woes in the future.

  7. So sorry... I have a friend that the same thing happened to. What a waste of time and money. How do businesses get away with it?

    Bless you,

    1. Gert, It hurts, because we want to trust and when you get that feeling that you may be getting ripped off, it's hard to ever feel any trust. It comes down to scruples, I guess. xoxo,Susie

  8. I am so sorry. We spent several months fighting with AT&T about our service. They are the worst at customer service, so I know how you feel.

  10. service seems to be getting worse and worse while the prices they charge keep going up. I know my computer has never been the same since I had it "fixed." Lesson learned.

    1. Joanne, Then you know exactly what I am going through. I was have a problem of not reaching some blogs and taking long periods of time to connect. Took it in and they "cleaned it up" took off a lot of windows 8 things and it's not been the same since. But I paid 247 dollars. I am not satisfied ..so I will never go back there. xoxo,Susie
