Anniversary....

My granddaughter Lynzie and her husband Mark are celebrating their first year of marriage.  I just sent them a card with some money to go to dinner on papaw and me.  Now they have told me they are expecting their first child in December. I am excited for them.  They will be wonderful parents. They are both so loving and kind.   I sure never get to see my grandchildren as much as I would like. You know they are busy working and making a life for themselves.
I had  some running to do today, got that done. Ted and I had lunch out. So I just had  some laundry to do and my chores for today were over.  Hope you day was a very good one. XO

    1. Wanda, It's so nice to get to be around our own young people, isn't it.? The fact that my grands have busy work schedules makes a huge difference in getting to have time with them. But I love whenever I can hug them . Blessings, xoxo,Susie

  12. Congratulations to them! I think it's true of many of us, that we don't get to see our grandchildren nearly as often as we wish we could. Still, it's nice to be part of their lives, even at a distance.
