Almost A Week Of Summer....

The catalpa tree is in bloom and and losing those big blossoms in the wind.  Looks like snow on the ground.
Lilies blooming also.  Getting more blooms each year.  I told my daughter to come dug some up for her yard.
This little yellow lily came back too. I wish I had more of them.  I should dig this one and split it.
Hope all of you are enjoying some good weather. The past two days have been just wonderful. Tomorrow the heat and humidity come back.  Ted mowed today, good thing. I may have to weed whack tomorrow, just a bit.
Thank you everyone for your sweet prayers and kind thoughts. My sister Jeanie is doing well. She is adjusting to her new diet, although she is griping about it. It's the sodium watching that is making her upset. She did not realize how much is in our daily foods.  She will get used to eating less fats and sodium.
Ted sees his cancer dr. tomorrow , at Riverview. It's closer than Indy. The dr will probably set up his next round of chemo. He had a visit to our family dr yesterday. Got an x-ray and MRI on his shoulder, which has been hurting. I told him he needs to call the bone marrow drs. . He doesn't see them till first week in August. So after he sees the cancer dr. I am calling the IBMT clinic. I think they need to know about his shoulder hurting.
Wishing all of you a safe weekend coming up. Please wear your masks when out and about. Please , it might mean the life of someone you love.  XO

    1. Thank you so much for the prayers. I worried about Ted shoulder hurting so long. He had over extended it getting one of the bird feeders down to clean...so he just kept thinking that was his problem. But I keep saying he to keep his drs. informed. Blessings to you and Sherry, xoxo, Susie

    2. A GREAT SPELL CASTER (DR. EMU) THAT HELP ME BRING BACK MY EX GIRLFRIEND.

Am so happy to testify about a great spell caster that helped me when all hope was lost for me to unite with my ex-girlfriend that I love so much. I had a girlfriend that love me so much but something terrible happen to our relationship one afternoon when her friend that was always trying to get to me was trying to force me to make love to her just because she was been jealous of her friend that i was dating and on the scene my girlfriend just walk in and she thought we had something special doing together, i tried to explain things to her that her friend always do this whenever she is not with me and i always refuse her but i never told her because i did not want the both of them to be enemies to each other but she never believed me. She broke up with me and I tried times without numbers to make her believe me but she never believed me until one day i heard about the DR. EMU and I emailed him and he replied to me so kindly and helped me get back my lovely relationship that was already gone for two months.

  4. My lilies are finally blooming. I didn't do a big yard thing this year like I have in the past, getting to the nursery was just to trouble some. You are taking such good care of Ted. Men do not seem to be as concerned as we are.

  5. Between the dogs and grandkids, our yard is hardly a showcase. One dog sleeps on a hosta, the other one in the day lillies. I love all of them, so the flowers will just have to understand.
Hoping Ted's shoulder isn't too serious. It's always somethink, isn't it?

Always something in this life to be concerned with. Trusting God with it all is the way to go.

  17. Hi, Susie! Love seeing all your pretty flowers! Good to hear that your sister is improving. Also good to hear that Ted is feeling like mowing! Unprecedented times we are in these days! It's vital that everyone wear a mask when out where other people are. That isn't the case here, and we are still following the stay at home policy! Curbside pickup and drive through for bank and prescriptions! Take care, be safe, stay well, wear a mask!

    1. Nellie, I am wearing my masks faithfully. So is Ted. We use sanitizers in the car and as soon as we get in the house we wash our hands...then I wipe the doorknobs down. Spray when I can. I have cleaned like mad since Ted got the bone marrow transplant last May. Oh gosh, he loves mowing....goood thing, he never taught me to use the mower. Blessings to you and yours, xoxo, Susie

I know the first time I heard someone say, "oh it's a dry heat" I said a hundred degrees is hot all the time. Yes, I whine about the heat, I hate winter any more. But I don't like to sweat either. LOL. Stay cool young lady, Blessings, xoxo, Susie

  22. Hi Susie :) Your flowers are beautiful. We are in full hot summer here with hopes for rain this weekend, as there is a drought currently! Nothing we can't handle though.

    1. Oh Rain, I wish we knew the chemo story. The cancer dr says he need 12 treatments, like once a month for a year. but they have spaced the chemo put because of low lab counts and it's seems forever. They want the bone marrow to be as close to being the donors as it can get. It's 98.3 the last count.
We had rain on and off for 3 days and got 2 inches. Hope you get rain soon. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
