Things To See....

This staying home is some times tough. Then some times fun.
The marigolds are getting thick and pretty.
Black eyed Susans going strong. I put some miracle grow on them. They love it.
Crop dusters have been in some of the fields near by.
I absolutely love watching them.  Brave souls flying these planes.  Ted laughs about how much I love anything that flies . LOL  I really love helicopters.
My sister Jeanie will be going Sunday evening and staying with her daughter. Then her daughter and son in law will take her to the hospital Monday to have two more stents put into her heart. The heart dr decided to move it up about two weeks. I am glad. I would love for her to feel better.
She was having shortness of breath, the N.P. changed her blood pressure med and that helped.  Of course the heart dr is the one who ordered it.  I think Jeanie will be like new once the stents are in and she starts getting proper blood flow.
Still not sure how school is to be around here. Last I heard it was to be E-learning for a couple more weeks....or even longer.  Indiana's Covid -19 cases counts are way up. Most stores you still need a mask. Hooray for that, in my book. Take care dear friends, stay safe. XO

  1. Prayers that your Sister will do great and feel much better after the surgery. Your flowers are SO pretty. Not much blooming at my house right now, so I will enjoy yours! Have a blessed and beautiful day. MASK ON for me when I go anywhere. Most stores are mandating that they be worn or you can't go in. I am tired of wearing them but I AM WEARING THEM:) HUGS!

    1. Hi Theresa, Yes, We are about wore out from wearing masks...but I want our world to get well. So I'll wear them till there's a vaccine. It's been a hot summer so far and I have to water the flowers to get them to grow, so I mix in the miracle grow. Blessings, enjoy the weekend, xoxo, Susie

  2. Hi Susie, I am praying for Jeanie. I hope everything goes smoothly and she feels so much better. I love your marigolds and Susans. They are so healthy looking and cheerful with their bright colors. Some days I get bored staying home but most of the time I can find something to keep me busy. Still wearing masks and gloves when I go out. xoxo

    1. Hi Mildred. We have to take care of ourselves, so we wear masks too. Ted doesn't even go in the stores. Just me and I wipe everything down that I bring in the house.
I am loving my marigolds. They are so hardy. Blessings, stay safe, xoxo, love, Susie

    1. Thank you for the good wishes for my sister. She seems to be improving, so I am sure the new stents will help too. I wish I could have had some petunias this year, but never got to the stores in time. Blessings, xoxo, Susie

  4. You're flowers are gorgeous... Bright and beautiful!

The crop dusters are neat, but... they can also be rather scary too. We've had some fly way too low over our home and I've seen them swoop right under the power lines.

I'll be praying for your Sister, Jeannie. So glad she is able to go to the hospital now and have this much needed procedure done.

I'm also wearing masks and disposable gloves when I go to the store, etc... But I'm always thankful to remove them when I'm done.

    Blessings to you! Net

  6. Your flowers are so pretty. I'm a person who doesn't mind staying at home one bit. Prayers for your sister. I just had a friend with the same procedure and he's doing great. Masks are mandatory in Pennsylvania. You can't leave your home without one. I will be glad when that is lifted since I have asthma and have almost passed out in a few places. Gloves are useless to me. I just wash my hands a lot.

    1. Kathy, we use the hand sanitizers and wear masks and wash ourselves up as soon as we get in the house. I don't let Ted go in the stores. One less chance of catching something. Thanks for the prayers for my sister. She is going to feel much better, I am just sure of it. She is slowly getting used to the low sodium diet. I think it surprised her. Blessings, xoxo, Susie

  7. Beautiful flowers. Marigolds, haven't seen those in years. My mom had them when I was growing up. I LOVE crop dusters. It was a dream of mine as a young girl to fly a crop duster. We live in a area where we saw a lot of them. I've always loved small planes. My dad had his pilot license and took us up in a small rented plane. Then years later, my dearest and I flew with a Pastor (who was also a pilot) and his wife from Paris Calif. to Portland ME in a 4 passenger plane. One of my best memoires.
So glad for Dr. and stints. They really do help. My dearest has had a couple over the years. Have a blessed Saturday. Love and Hugs.

Oh that's a long trip in a small plane. But you can see more, as you aren't as high as a big plane. I had a couple of flying lessons, but didn't stick with it. Blessings to you and Don, stay safe. xoxo, love, Susie

    1. Sandi, It's really a stressful situation , staying in the same place so long. If we could be outside in our own yards more it would be better. Too hot most days. Ted does a 1/2 hour walk real early in the mornings. Praying we all can get our lives back to normal. This has to really be hard on the young kids. Blessings, be safe, xoxo, Susie

  11. Your flowers are so pretty! Best wishes to your sister as she undergoes surgery. As someone who is in all the high risk categories for this virus, I thank you and others who care enough to wear masks. I don't even go grocery shopping; I only go to the medical appointments I have to go to and I wear double layers of masks when I do.

  17. I'm garden crazy lately. I mean really, what else can we do?

I don't live where I can see crop dusters. That would cool. The planes I tend to see, are the ones going to fires - We have a few east of us now.

I hope all goes well for your sister.

    Take care

  18. Susie, first of all, I do hope your sister will feel better soon. Shortness of breath is a terrible feeling...I've had asthma all my life and when it hits I would give just about anything for air!!! Second, I wish my flowers looked as nice as yours. They did look pretty good back in the spring but this HOT south GA weather has fried them and they refuse to be revived!!! When I was growing up a family friend was a crop duster and I loved watching him. I never realized just how dangerous it is though until a friend's crop duster husband crashed and was killed. I would also like to THANK YOU for the kind comment you wrote on my recent post. I wrote it thinking no one would probably comment and that was OK, but it has been so heart warming and helpful for me to read the comments. I left you a reply if you have time to go back and read it. I'm now going to lift up a prayer for your sister (before my feeble brain that goes in all directions forgets:)

  20. Wiill definitely be praying for your sister. Glad she is getting the help she needs. We are under statewide mandates to wear masks here trying to get our numbers down. Most schools are opening with an option here to do studies on line, but most will be open for students to enter if they want to.

I didn't see Black Eyed Susans at the nursery at all this year and didn't find seeds. Our nursery has been open through all of this and where once I could pop in and out, now there overflow parking is full. I guess others got to the Black Eyed Susans before me.

  32. A GREAT SPELL CASTER (DR. EMU) THAT HELP ME BRING BACK MY EX GIRLFRIEND.

Am so happy to testify about a great spell caster that helped me when all hope was lost for me to unite with my ex-girlfriend that I love so much. I had a girlfriend that love me so much but something terrible happen to our relationship one afternoon when her friend that was always trying to get to me was trying to force me to make love to her just because she was been jealous of her friend that i was dating and on the scene my girlfriend just walk in and she thought we had something special doing together, i tried to explain things to her that her friend always do this whenever she is not with me and i always refuse her but i never told her because i did not want the both of them to be enemies to each other but she never believed me. She broke up with me and I tried times without numbers to make her believe me but she never believed me until one day i heard about the DR. EMU and I emailed him and he replied to me so kindly and helped me get back my lovely relationship that was already gone for two months.
