Some Outside Decorations...

I planted some ivy in this container during spring, so I kept it and added a pumpkin and a basket of marigolds.  Stuck the painted twigs back in. I want to do more autumn colors.
Here's one of the scarecrows. I refreshed his cheeks, gave him some dried hydrangea to hold. I need to write on my little pumpkins. Or maybe add a big bow to the potted plant. I am finding it hard to get motivated lately. I hate when my butt starts dragging before I am done with projects. :):) Oh this old bench was made from a cedar fence post. I love how rugged it looks. Hope all of you have a fun weekend planned.
Can you believe it's snowing in some states....oh I am not ready to even think about that.  xo

  2. I'm way behind on fall decorating. Your decorations are looking great and the bench is wonderful. We are still having mid 80's for aft. highs, but I've visited a few blogs this a.m. where snow is expected. I cannot imagine!

  3. That's the perfect spot to decorate. You have a good background for your scarecrow and pumpkins. I haven't done a lot of decorating for Fall. I'm in the sewing mood instead! Enjoy your day! HUGS!

  4. Pretty! And much more than I've done yet. Hope to go to Farmer's Market tomorrow for some things. I like the idea of the dried hydrangeas added to the scarecrow!

  5. Well you are ahead of me on the decorations, but then we still have so much summer colour here, I can't believe it. I am definitely not ready for snow!

  13. I wanted to get to the nursery for an ivy plant and some fall flowers to plant, but I didn't make it.

    Yours look lovely.
