A Win & A New Day...

I got these beautiful cards in the mail yesterday.  I won them in Gert, Tom and Rusty's give away. There are 4 designs, 8 cards. The cards are made at Pairie Flower Farm. They are, a duck with ducklings, a baby chick , a pan full of eggs, and a ceramic chicken in a cage. All are so cute. Thank you again Gert , Tom, and Rusty (Rusty's a very sweet dog)
This is the moon setting this morning, or rather just hanging around. It looked so pretty.
This is the sun coming up . It is going to be a great day. Can you even believe the lawn man came yesterday. Put down some fertilizer and pre-emmergance. I personally thought the lawn was too frozen. Of course if it warms up today, it will soon be mush.
Wishing all of you a wonderful day, some sunshine hopefully.  xo

  7. I saw the same moon:) Isn't it marvelous that we see the same sun, moon and starts. Makes me think of a poem I read my children, I see the moon and the moon sees me. God bless the moon and God bless me.

  10. Pretty cards. I think we can tolerate the snow and cold temps. now much better knowing it won't last.
Thanks for your comment. I know what the parents do but it's the other people that judge them as well. I have had so much of that with my son. I just want people to think of the good in this person. But I can't change the world....d a r n it.

  14. Yup that looks pretty much like what I saw on my way to work this morning. The moon hanging in the sky then the sun blinding me on the highway.

I love sunrise and sunset shots. I got some beautiful shots both locally and on Martha's Vineyard. I'll be reporting from there beginning on June 1st. For a week. I can't wait. I'll see if I can dig up some pictures of both sunrise and sunset on the island. If you ever go there, take my advice, go early June or mid September there are few tourists, The weather is pleasant and you feel like you have the place to yourself. They population of the island is 15,000 but it can swell to 100,000 of you closest friends in the summer.
