I Can See Again....

I had my cataracts removed on Monday and Tuesday of this past week.  I can see once more, and I am forever grateful.  This field of beans got harvested last week also.
My daughter Karen brought over the last of her sunflowers for me. and some pumpkins.
This is a sunrise from  two weeks ago.  I am amazed at all I can see now. I do wear sunglasses now.

I had the eye surgery and saw my own eye dr on Wed. he did all the tests and checks and said I had 20/20 vision .  I will need reading glasses for close work. This post will be short , as I am not to be doing much. I go see the eye dr again on Tuesday.  I just wanted to up date and thank all of you for your sweet prayers.  I am blessed with family, friends, and my extended blog family. Thank you !!! XO

  1. AWWWW, Susie!! How WONDERFUL!! I got mine in 2018 and I'm still surprised and delighted to see that trees have leaves, and to read that sign half a mile down the highway! (the old lady in the mirror when I got home is still there---I hoped she was a residual from the surgery and would fade away). I still keep up my baby shampoo wash every day, and am SO grateful for this beautiful world.

  3. It is wonderful about your vision! The doctors are saying to not wear contacts during Covid, I am not quite sure why. My favorite here is your beautiful sunrise.

  6. Oh yay!!! When you look for your readers, Foster Grant has some great ones...they are $34 and are 3 way. The Ad: Tired of taking your reading glasses on and off? Multi Focus readers feature multiple strengths, so your eyes can focus optimally at different distances for reading, working on your computer and interacting with others. Select your normal magnification power (what you use for reading). The magnification is strongest on the bottom of the lens, and smoothly decreases to about half that magnification at the top of the lens. Good for reading, cuts glare of Computer work. I like them, my eyes kind of rest when I do computer work. I have tried all sorts of glasses, I found these to be the best. Enjoy your new eye sight, certainly a blessing from God.

    1. Oh these do sound very good Louise. My eye dr is making these readers. They think you should have just the right script for your eyes, not off the shelf. So I can go along with that. I knew I could see better when I woke up the first day and saw the clock without making that peep hole with my fingers. LOL. Blessings, hope you are doing well. xoxo, Susie

  15. Giving God the praise for you dear Susie. I too am going to have cataract surgery on both eyes. Not sure a date but my dr. usually does them two weeks apart. Worst eye first. I am a little anxious but trying real hard not to be. NEEDS to be done. I do pretty good til around 4 pm and then I can begin to tell a difference going down hill. My left eye is pretty bad. Right one is moderate. I go end of week for another eye exam. Say a little prayer for me please mam. Hugs and blessings, Cindy

  36. As a sign of gratitude for how my son was saved from autism, I decided to reach out to those still suffering from this.My son suffered autism in 2017 and it was really tough and heartbreaking for me because he was my all and the symptoms were terrible, he always had difficulty with communication, and he always complained of poor eye contact. We tried various therapies prescribed by our neurologist but none could cure him. I searched for a cure and I saw a testimony by someone who was cured and so many others with similar body problems, and he left the contact of the doctor who had the cure to autism. I never imagined autism has a natural cure not until I contacted him, and he assured me my son will be fine. I got the herbal medication he recommended and my son used it and in one month time he was fully okay even up till this moment he is so full of life. Autism has a cure and it is a herbal Mix medicine from Dr. James   contact the doctor for more info on other diseases like  ALZHEIMER'S DISEASES,  DIABETES, BIPOLAR DISORDER, CANCER, HIV/AIDS, HERPES Hepatitis A, B, C.
