Lazy Morning.....

I did go out to get this sunrise shot. The sun coming up over the shop.  I did not want to get out of my warm bed this morning. It's chilly here.
This is the "just about full" moon from last night.  Only saw it because I was trying to get a sunset photo.
Here it is. All yellowy with pink wispy clouds.
Yesterday I noticed the lilies coming up near the pond. I also saw that the pond is in need of a good cleaning.
I found this funny sign on line yesterday. I had to share it.
Here's very good news from Thursday evening....Max is back home with mommy(Lynzie) and daddy(Mark).     Daddy is reading to him and  showing off  Max's first big boy hair cut. Madison the dog seems to like to be near Max..  Madison was never jealous of Max, they just took to each other and are best pals. I love this picture.
Wishing everyone a great fun weekend. Be safe. XO

    1. Thank you Linda. I love the picture of Max, daddy and the dog. :) I hate that you are in for some snow. It is sunny here but really chilly. It would be cold without the sunshine. Blessings, xoxo, Susie

    1. Mildred, Lynzie just could not go another day without Max in her arms. I told Lynzie that Max haircut looked like her grandpa's when he was young. :) My husband laughed at me jumping out of my warm bed and going out in pj's to get the sunrise picture. :):) Blessings to you, love, xoxo, Susie

    2. A lot of mornings I take our little dog out in my pj's with a coat over them. Thankfully, the neighbor ladies all have dogs too and we all look about the same early in the morning! lol

It is so cold here for us but the sun is shinning and that makes it more tolerable. Have a great weekend my friend.

    1. Linda, Thank you so much for this sweet compliment..it means so much to me. I would love to send cards to every person who needs some cheer. Some times , that's all it takes to lift someone's spirit. When my Liz was fighting breast cancer a lady in Michigan would send me cards to cheer me up and some times they came just when I need a hug and it helped so much. I pray your Summer is doing better. I would love to see her all well again. That is one tough girl. I so honored to be aunt Susie. :):) Blessings to all, love you, xoxo, Susie

  11. I love that sign too! And I love the name Max for a boy. So glad his mom is better and they're both home. Isn't it wonderful though to have extended family ready to pitch in and help when needed!

    1. Dewena, My granddaughter said she never wanted to be away from her Max ever again. I think that was harder on her that the pneumonia. Yes, some times it takes a whole family or two when little ones are involved. I am thankful for Lynzie's husband and his family for helping out too. Mark's been letting her take naps. :) Blessings, xoxo, Susie

  12. Hi Susie,
I'm ready for spring too and that tote bag you won (last post) is so cute. So glad Lynzie is healing, and Max is back home. Pneumonia is a scary sickness. I plan on going to Hortons! Hey, I'm awake at 4:30 am and that snow storm is knocking on our door! I haven't wanted to go out the last couple of days, because of the cold, but I especially don't want to go out now! Come on Warmer weather.

    1. Cindy, I honestly wish winter had been normal...instead of going and coming. I am hoping our snow is a mild one. The east coast is really in for one heck of a storm. I just don't want to lose what's popped out of the ground so far. Stay warm girl, see you at Horton's. :):) Bless you, xoxo, Susie

    1. Boston Boy, You'll be out taking photos soon. As you said, probably some snow shots. Hope you have food in the house. If only we had some servants. I sure as heck would never clean house again if I didn't have too. LOL. Blessings, xoxo, Susie

  14. Max' first haircut looks so cute, Susie. And what a special picture of dad reading to him. I really like that, and those are the times to remember. I used to read to my kids all the time. Ooooo, that sunset is brilliant with its golden colors. That is the funniest sign. It belongs in a garden for sure.

    Have a happy week, Susie.

    love, ~Sheri
