Looking Up....

The skies have been  clear and blue.
The moon was visible yesterday. The wind has been crazy for a couple of days or so.
I think the lilac bush is going to be leafing out soon.
The lilies on the west side of the house are looking very nice. About 8 inches tall now. The irises are growing too.
The weeping willow  tree is turning green. I can see the lawn getting greener also. I told Ted it won't be long till he'll be mowing.  LOL   I don't think he enjoyed hearing that.
Some good news here.  Our sweet granddaughter Lynzie is home from the hospital. After having that bout of pneumonia, she will be taking it easy for a while longer.  Her in -laws ,are keeping  baby Max for a few days more.
I wanted all of you to see this beautiful tote bag that I won. Our wonder friend  Kris at Junk Chic Cottage was having a  giveaway.  Oh thank you Kris. :):)
You all know where I am taking this tote...to Horton's , on the 18 th. Next Saturday is their Spring Open House. I will take this sweet tote , you know, just in case I buy something.  :):)
Today is sunny and the temperature  will be around 61 degrees. Oh boy. Now if that wind will lay low , it will be heavenly. It's beginning to seem like spring. Wishing all a great day. XO

  10. I'm so happy to hear that Lynzie is doing better. I think it's a good idea for the family to watch Max for a couple more days so she can get her strength back. What a wonderful tote bag you won in the giveaway, Susie. I love the words, Hello Spring! It looks like Spring is on its way around your neck of the woods. There are so many interesting things to look at if only we take the time to step into nature.

Have a fun weekend, dear Susie.
