This is the kohlrabi. This time my Teddy got to the vender before she sold out.:):) He was lucky(?) enough to get four of them. The booth right next to us, sells all kinds of delicious baked goods. The lady told me she was up all night baking.....yikes, in this heat. The bottom photo is her dog Bella. She told me Bella was a rescued dog. That dog is crazy about his owners. It was a sweet dog , no barking or jumping on people. Hope all of you are staying cool. Hopefully tonight we get some rain, that's been forecasted for our area. xo
I don't know anything about kohlrabi, will need to google it to find what I'm missing, but I sure know what to do with all those lovely homemade pastries!! Yum!!
ReplyDeleteHi Susie. I've never had kohlrabi. What does it taste like, must be good if the vendor always sells out. That's such a pretty dog. I used to have German Shepherds..Happy Weekend..Judy

Glad you got kohlrobi Susie. Do tell how to cook it. The German Shepherd is sweet. Ours, who is still a puppy, has been a bugger today:}
ReplyDeleteGlad you finally got your kohlrabi, Susie!!! What a wonderful rescue dog. I had a rescue shepherd many years ago that I loved dearly- xo Diana
