Sweet Babies....

Here's my daughter Liz holding her granddaughter Layla. Layla getting more teeth and was a bit irritable yesterday. She is chewing on her drinking cup here.
Now she is studying me...wondering who is this lady with the camera? :):) She is going to be a year old at the end of this month.  Since she's been born, that time has flown by.
Here's my great grandson Max...growing, growing, growing !! Sorry for the shadows, I was too eager to get a picture of him....because I want to hold him.
Now you can see his little blue jeans, cracks me up. His little tummy looks like his mommy is feeding him plenty. I think his hair is getting lighter. Honestly he has change every time I get to see him. Babies grow some much in such a short time.  He's two months old and double his birth weight.
Ted and I took my daughter, her husband, our granddaughter and the babies( great grands) to lunch. We had a great lunch  , salads, baked potatoes, chopped steaks.  Then back to Liz's house for play time.  I rocked Max to sleep and he slept in my arms for about 15 minutes . Held Layla till she squirmed out of my arms to play on the floor. It was a great day.
Hope all of you are planning a nice weekend. If you need a hug, I am sending one to you. We all need to know others care. XO

    1. Sheri, Layla looks just like her father when he was a baby. So cute. Thank you for the kind words about my daughter. I think Liz is pretty and she has a big kind heart. Her hair is thick again...she lost it while she had chemo. She's doing well now. Layla is her son's baby and Max is her daughter's baby. She's a loving grandmother.Blessings, xoxo, love you,Susie

    1. Missy, I would rather watch the babies than the ballgames...if I could. My great grands live 50 miles from me and even though that's a short trip ...it's always congested traffic..so I see them when the grands bring them to their mom's (my daughter Liz's) I do not like sports on TV makes me nervous. Hope you are doing well there. Today(Sat) was a chill in the air...but so pretty out. Blessings, xoxo,Susie

    1. Hi Debbie, This is my daughter Liz(remember she had the breast and thyroid cancers) Both the babies are her grands. I love being with them. While I was there, Emma showed me address she was wearing to a semi formal dance at school. ...she isn't 12 yet,in about 2 months . That really makes me sad. Hope you haven't been snowed in all winter. We have been so lucky. Today (Sat.) it is truly beautiful here..clear blue skies and sunshine ...just a chill in the air.43 days till spring..I am ready. Bless you dear friend, love you, Susie
