You need a truck to haul elephants...Here is my great grandson Max in his Dumbo suit. This is one happy child. Most all the time.
Layla my great granddaughter, in her Snow White outfit. Sorry this picture is so dark.
Savannah and her mom , Karen, carved these pumpkins...or Karen carved one and Savannah painted hers white and spooky.:):)
Here's Layla In another costume going to a party.
Here's Layla at the Cowtober fest.
Layla and her beautiful mother Emily. This girl is the best mommy.
Another shot of Max...he's trying to walk. He pulls himself up with this car and walks behind it . So funny.
My granddaughter Emma holding her nephew Max. I think Emma is a wonderful aunty to Layla and Max. The little ones light up when they see her. I love that.
I am sending a thank you to Nana Diana....look just like you said Diana,...I loaded my pictures from my phone. I had my computer in the wrong setting. LOL. As Homer Simpson would say; DOH .
Hope everyone has a nice evening with all their little loved ones coming to call. Happy Halloween. XO
Your family is so lovely, Susie!! Enjoy your Halloween with them!! xo
ReplyDeleteThank you Honey. Hope all is well there on the mountain. Hope your sweetheart is healing nicely. Blessings to you, xoxo, Susie
DeleteThey are all so adorable in their outfits! Have a wonderful time this evening.
ReplyDeleteThank you Karen. I like that they are not wearing masks. I think very young children should not wear masks...too hard for them to see where they are stepping. Hope you get to see your little sweeties. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
DeleteI love those costume pictures! How is it even possible that you are a great grandma?? You're way too young, Susie. -Jenn
ReplyDeleteJenn, You are so kind. I Feel young when I am with the little ones...but once I get back home, I feel super old and wore out. LOL Blessings to you, xoxo, Susie
Deletethanks for sharing this,, I will keep the memory of the little dumbo costume in my memory for a long time, thats adorable, beautiful family!
ReplyDeleteThank you Laurie. I thought that was a sweet costume for Max. Layla had a couple little outfits to wear. I love seeing the little ones have fun. They do not last long going trick or treating. I think about 3-4 houses is good enough for them. Blessings to you, xoxo, Susie
DeleteSuch a cutie pie! Love seeing the little ones dressed up. Thanks for sharing dear friend.
ReplyDeleteNoreen
Noreen, It's cute to see them in their costumes...but you know they tire easily, so a few house is enough, maybe 3-4. They are too young for candy.:):) My gosh tomorrow is a whole new month...unreal. :) Blessings, xoxo, Susie
DeleteOh Susie, what beautiful kiddos you have! I enjoyed every one of those pics. We usually have dozens of kids like yours, but this year the trick or treaters are ranging from mid-high to high school. I'm done!
ReplyDeleteNonnie, Some areas have age limits.LOL. I guess if they are in costume..they should be treated. I am not sure I would open my door to a bunch of big kids though. Growing up we went all over our part of town...if mom didn't make us have a set time to be back. My girls were allow to go to my mom's then around our neighborhood. We live in the country..so we never get any, other than grands being brought out by their parents. Blessings , xoxo, Susie
DeleteEveryone is looking so darling from little Dumbo to mommies to aunties and all in between. Bet you smiled a lot today.
ReplyDeleteThank you Vee. Yes I did smile seeing those little fellows. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
DeleteSusie, what sweet babies enjoying Halloween! You are lucky to see them!! XO Nellie
ReplyDeleteNellie, I am thrilled every chance I get to hold those sweet babies. All my grandkids are growing up too fast for Nana...you know. They have their friends and school activities now. Sad for me. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
DeleteThose children are just so sweet! You have a beautiful family.
ReplyDeleteThank you Kathy. I do love being with my family, especially the babies . I also enjoy my grandkids, but they are busy with friends now. You remember when we were growing up, it was fun to get to stay all night with a best friend or go to a game at school. Blessings, here's November now young lady. xoxo, Susie
DeleteI love your little Dumbo! I had a book with him was I was very young. Is there a new movie with Dumbo out?!
ReplyDeleteI can't fathom that you have great grandchildren. Something seems off here, girl! No matter, all of the kids are wonderful and I know they make your heart swell!
Jane
Blondie, With the early start I got on having my own kids, you'd think I would have about 10 great grands by now..My oldest grands do not have children yet. Lynz , mom of Max is 26 and her brother Brock , father of Layla , is 21. I find that hard to believe. LOL. Max looks like he is stuffed into that Dumbo costume. LOL. Hope you had a baby trickster come visit. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
DeleteI love seeing Max, Layla and Emma. Sweet pictures. Happy Nov. 1, Susie.
ReplyDeleteMIldred, It was such fun seeing the family the past few weeks...we have had lots of time together. Now it's November....getting ready for Thanksgiving and more family time. Today would have been my mother in laws b-day. I miss that great lady. Blessings, hope you are doing well. xoxo, Susie
DeleteSusie, what cute outfits for the kids. I especially love the little "Dumbo" one, how precious. Jess made her "shark" costume this year hehehe. We didn't get many trick or treaters last night. Yes, Diana is a great friend, love her to pieces. :)
ReplyDeleteHappy November, Susie.
love, ~Sheri
Sheri, I think Nana Diana was one of the first people to leave me a comment. She is a wonderful blog friend..like you are too. Now that I can load the pics off my phone...I will not worry so much about having my camera along. :) Blessings. xoxo, love, Susie
Deletep.s. hard to believe it's November already.
All of your trick or treaters look so happy and sweet! I love it. I do miss not having trick or treaters.

Cindy Bee
Cindy, It's hard to believe it's November now. We sure are having great weather and the trees are beautiful. I hope winter stays away a long time. Hoping everything is good for you and Suge now. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
DeleteSusie, great-grandkids, I can't believe you are old enough. They are so cute and as much as I love my grandson, I can only imagine how wonderful greats would be..Happy Wednesday..Judy
ReplyDeleteThank you Judy. Some times I think , there's no way I am this old and other times I feel much older. LOL. When your time comes to be a great grand parent, it's just as exciting as the first grandchild. Blessings to you for a wonderful Wed. too. xoxo, Susie
DeleteHow cute they are...and great-grands are so much fun.....
ReplyDeleteBJ, Thank you. I saw the picture of your little Deeds...she is growing up quickly...so you know how I feel about my youngest 3 grandkids growing into teens.. So getting to hold babies is fun. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
