If you are a person who likes to decorate with white....here's a couple farm pictures in white. This looks like a goat to me...but hey what do I know, I am basically a city sleeker.
Here's a sweet cow picture...I like it. This are left over photos from my last trip to Horton's. They are having their Autumn Market this Saturday. I sure will be going to look around.
I loved this velvet pumpkin on a cake stand, surrounded by tiny faux flowers.
There a big urn at the counter in Horton's and it is always dressed for the season. Love the copper watering can , looks great with the fall colored leaves.
A basket of linen pumpkins and scents.
This was really my favorite box of cloth pumpkins. The bittersweet and twinkle lights just looks perfect to me.
I do not think these are real , but I did not touch them...so who knows. Love the box. Hope you all like seeing decorating items. :):)
Today will be a busy day for me. I will fill you all in on my adventure, at a later date. Hold on tightly, to this last day of summer XO
How lovely all of this decor is! It is so very fun to decorate for autumn!
ReplyDeleteI need to get busy and get my fall things out of storage. I even need to polish up my scarecrows. LOL. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
DeleteThese are all wonderful.I look forward to hearing about your adventure.

DeleteWe are still having summer temps here with the high at 90 degrees today! I love both the goat and cow pictures! - xo Nellie
ReplyDeleteNellie, It gets warm here again. But I think , "where did summer go?"...I am praying are autumn is not all hot and lingers well into Dec...as it has some years. In other words I am dreading winter's arrival. :) Hope you had a fun filled summer. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
DeleteI love the cow print and the goat, Susie...I confuse goats with sheep---country girl that I am.
ReplyDeleteI think I have a 10 minutes tomorrow and I'll start to add some fall stuff! lol. I'm loving the rain...we needed that! :-D
Jane
Blondie, Yes, I was thinking it's a goat.. if I do not see the wooly body..I think sheep faces look like goats. 10 minutes !! you made me laugh on that. I can't tell you how many times I have been in the basement doing laundry and then forget to gather up my fall décor. :( Glad you had a cool down rain. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
DeleteHad to come by and catch up! Love all the photos of Horton's and the festival. That was some lunch, looked so good! Fall happened! I am ready for the temps to drop, thought it would be the weekend and now they are saying it will be Monday...geez. Thought the weekend was going to be perfect here. Well, next weekend will be more like fall. Ready to turn the air off and open the windows. Have a great day, and have a good adventure!
ReplyDeleteTete, I think we are in for some rain at the beginning of next week...then a bit of cooler temps. Today is very hot and humid. I did get some of my fall things out. Blessings to you, hope you are feeling great. xoxo, Susie
DeleteI don't decorate with only white, but I sure like the animal pictures. I always like when you share your Horton's visits!
ReplyDeleteHi Kimberly, Hope all is well with you and yours. I hope to get some really good pictures this weekend. Blessings, xoxo, Susie

ReplyDeleteHi Carrie, Hope you came back to visit often. :):) I love going to Horton's a store in our small town that has seasonal markets thru out the year. The Autumn Market is this Saturday. the 24th. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
DeleteVery fun decor - gets you in the Fall Spirit! I enjoyed my first visit to your blog today!
ReplyDeleteI love shops like that! That last pumpkin looks real. There are a lot of funky ones out there to decorate with. I just love the white cow picture too!
ReplyDeleteAnnMarie, I am thinking of trying to make my own cow painting. I love going to Horton's here in Tipton...mostly to patronize that good family's store..plus get great ideas. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
DeleteLots of good ideas to be gleaned from that shop. I especially like the cow painting.
ReplyDeleteOh yes, Vee....that is one of the reason I like to shop there...the first being a good family owns it. Very kind to all who shop there. Then they are reasonable with pricing. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
DeleteHappy Fall, Susie. I do love seeing all the Autumn pretties at Horton's. I have a few decorations out for fall. Hope you have a great weekend. xo
ReplyDeleteHi Mildred, I am wishing you a beautiful autumn too. Let's hope it is great weather we can walk in and enjoy. I will be going to Horton's tomorrow to get some goodies. Wish you could join me. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
DeleteYou always show us the best stuff. Love all the fall decorations. My mom used to make stuffed pumpkins to sell in her store. Well, fall is here although with it going up to 89* today it feels more like summer. And that's perfectly fine with me. It can stay this way through to New Year's Day.
ReplyDeleteKathy, I wish you would do a blog about your mom's store. I love knowing about things like that. I remember Ted went golfing in Jan. one year...so if it did not snow much this winter I could be happy...I have never been a snow lover....it's work. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
DeleteLOVE, LOVE the velvet pumpkins and the cute wooden boxes! Thanks for sharing all the fall décor with us. I just can't ever get enough of looking at all the beauty this time of year offers :)
ReplyDeleteKaren, I saw a plaid pumpkin made from an old flannel shirt...it was so cute, I am thinking of trying one. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
DeleteThe goat and cow pictures are delightful. Yes, I love white pumpkins at Fall, but I have to have my orange around this time of year too. And the "blessed" box of goodies with the twinkling lights caught my eye right away. That would be so pretty to put on a table or mantel. So many goodies for the home at Horton's, Susie. I enjoy seeing them all. It gives me lots of ideas.
ReplyDeletelove, ~Sheri
Sheri, I love seeing the whites in some homes..but I too like color at holidays and seasonal decorations for autumn. I liked those twinkling lights too. I think that is one reason I love seeing photos of Linda's house at Linda's Life Journal.:):) Blessings, xoxo, Susie
DeleteVery fun decorations. I love the box with lights and pumpkins. I may have to copy that. I enjoyed all the ideas here.
ReplyDeleteIt is fun to glean ideas from stores or our blog friends. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
