Sunshine...

It's another beautiful sunny day. Only this day it's low humidity and that's wonderful. Hope everyone has a nice weekend.

What's More Fun Than A Barrel Of Tomatos... eating them !!

This is Teddy's  prize tomato plant .lol. We 've had two tomatos from it. They will probably get ripe all at once :):) But then we will just share them.

Teacher Is Here Today...

Here are my Steinbeck novels. I have them in the dining room bookselves, for now. I may change them later. Now if I can find the time to read. My daughter Angie is here helping me with my blog. Gosh I feel dense.

My New Scales

This is the scale that I got at the  4-H rummage on Saturday.  It's a little greenish mixed with dust. I paired it with my vintage tablecloth. I think it looks nice!  And it works!

OH THIS HEAT...

I AM NOT ONE WHO CAN TAKE THE HEAT . IT'S BEEN TOO MUCH. I AM LOSING INTEREST IN GARDENING, OF ANY KIND. AFTER STAINING OUR PORCH AND SOME OUTDOOR FURNITURE, I ALMOST HAVE  THE DECOR FINISHED THE WAY I WANT IT. I AM WANTING A NEW UMBRELLA AND A NICER RUG. WAITING FOR SALES.:):)
  WENT JUNKING TODAY, AT TREASURE MART IN KOKOMO. GOT SOME" NEW TO ME " 1936  JOHN STEINBECK NOVELS. YUM. STAY COOL EVERYONE.

FRENCH FLEA MARKET

I HAVE NO PICTURES, SO SORRY. BUT I HAVE TO SAY, I ATTENDED THE FLEA MARKET AT HORTON'S IN TIPTON. IT WAS WONDERFUL, SO MANY THINGS TO SEE AND BUY. I GOT A FEW SWEET ITEMS. MET DONNA OF EVERYDAY ELEGANCE(WOW-SUPER TROOPER IN A SKIRT) AND REBECCA OF RE-PURPOSED LIFE...BEAUTIFUL LADIES, WITH GOOD HEARTS. I JUST MISSED SEEING SANDI OF WAYSIDE TREASURES. LOOKING FORWARD TO ANOTHER FRENCH FLEA, WHAT FUN, THANK YOU DONNA.
