Flowers For My Valentines......

Rose on the rose bush that I am keeping for my daughter Kathy.
A sweet basket overflowing with pink wave  petunias .
Great shade of orange in this daisy.
               One rose from Kathy's rose.
Pale pink roses in the park last year.

Hydrangeas , changing colors as they age.
Beautiful colored mums in the front flowerbed.
Bouquet of fake roses, from the grocery store.
Some sweet violas in a container on the porch, last year.
Another bouquet from our local grocery.
Who doesn't love the sweet face of  a  pansy??
The climbing clematis , a great purple color.   These are some of my flower photos on file. This is a way I can give all my blog friends flowers for Valentine's day.  Hope your day is a sweet one. XO

  9. Thank you for all the Pretty Posies!! What a lovely bouquet, and how kind of you to think of all of us.

I hope you're not having to be out in all this snow---our dearies from up the highway left our Valentine Brunch by 3, for it was just driving sideways against the windows where we were celebrating. Their car was completely covered between 12 and 3. And we were having SUCH a marvelous, laughing good time.

Hope you're staying well and warm,

    rachel

    1. Rachel, I pray your sweethearts are home safe.. The snow messes up our plans at times. I normally go to Sunday brunch at my oldest daughter's house...but not today. Did not want to be caught out in the snows and had to keep the fireplace going. I ready to be done with carrying firewood and the dust. Hugs to you sweet Rachel....soon we will be enjoying Spring. xoxo,Susie

    1. Thank you Deb. I love clematises. I had one die here...I think I just had it in the sun too much of the day. So this one is on the east side of the house and gets some shade, not all day sun. I know that my mom would have loved this one, because she loved purple. Blessings, xoxo,Susie

    1. Gosh, maybe that's what's wrong with me...I feel like I do not want to see another snowy day this. LOL. This is what I like about spring, there can be just a nip in the air, the skies are blue with a few billowy clouds and the neighbor's laundry is blowing in the wind on her clothes line. :) Blessings, xoxo,Susie
