I am feeling so much better. That's good in my book. :) It has been so much like spring the past few days. This is Monday evening's sunset photos.
Every direction the skies were very colorful. Don't you love pink clouds?
At the very last of the sun dropping in the horizon, you get some nice yellow clouds. Beautiful. While I was not feeling well, my Teddy Bear cleaned out the front flowerbed for me. That just made me feel blessed with that good man. So today, it's off to the grocery, food shopping. You all know I do not like to food shop, but getting out is going to feel great.
Hope you are all well. Wishing you a great Wednesday. Can you believe spring is this Friday. Oh happy day ! XO
Oh Susie, I so glad to hear you are feeling better! Just in time to ring in "spring"! ~smile~ Isn't it funny, there are times in our lives when we don't care to go to the store...then later, it's almost a treat to get out...lol Thats me...it's fun to buzz around the store and see what's new and available!
ReplyDeleteBlessings to your day,
Gert
Gert, I got to the c=grocery at just the right time...not many there. I got my things and saved 30 dollars with my coupons and got right home. Loved that. It was nice to just be out of the house. Saw my sister on the way home and invited her out. Hurried and made some chicken salad, had lunch with sis ...it turned into a wonderful day. God is good. Hope your day was a good one also. xoxo,Susie
DeleteSo glad you are feeling better, Susie. We are having nice spring weather and I hope you are too. Your sunset was just gorgeous!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you Kathy. It was a good day for me , once I got rolling. :):) Hope you are getting some enjoyable days. xoxo,Susie
DeleteGlad you are doing well. Enjoy the day!! Rain coming for us later today, but we'll take it. As long as there's no more snow! Blessings from Missouri!
ReplyDeleteWe are to get some rain later this week too. I do not want to see snow until Christmas.:) I was so happy to be feeling better. I do not like being sick. Blessings , xoxo,Susie
Deletep.s. do you know Shirley of Shirley's Stitches??
I am so glad you are feeling better, Susie. Maybe just the turn in the weather has helped, too!
ReplyDeleteYou have a good Teddy Bear there. Lucky girl to have someone that pitches in to help. xo Diana
Diana, I sure do not feel as cold as I was three weeks ago...I thought I would never get warm again. Ted and I work well together. I am glad he is my guy. :) Blessings, xoxo,Susie
DeleteSo happy to read you are felling better Susie !
ReplyDeleteA beautiful sunset there, it lifts your spirits to see such beauty.
Your Teddy Bear is a good man, we are lucky to have good men in our lives :)
Hugs,

Hi Jo, When I see a sun rise or sunset, I know our God is giving us the best. My Teddy is a good gentle man...we work well together, get along beautifully and tease each other too. I am blessed. xoxo,Susie
DeleteBeautiful photos. God loves you and so do I!!! I think he blesses you with the beauty of his creation! AND with your Teddy Bear!!! I love that! Teddy Bear!!!
ReplyDeleteLinda, Ted and I have a great union. We treat each other like we want to be treated...that works for us. Plus we can do just about any kind of work together. I am glad I have you as my blog sister, I love you too. xoxo,Susie
DeleteHappy Wednesday Susie..Glad you are feeling better..
ReplyDeleteThank you Missy. Today turned into a great day. I just had to get it started by making myself get out of the house. Hope your day is good too. xoxo, Susie
DeleteGlad you are feeling better. I don't like grocery shopping either. The carrying is the worst. My arms aren't doing well to carry much. Everyone is talking about the sunsets this week. They have been just beautiful. Your pictures are good. Spring is coming. Hope it picks our spirits back up.
ReplyDeleteDebby girl, I hit that store at just the right time. in and out...love that. I saved 30 dollars on my order with my coupons and even gave a little couple a coupon for them to use. Hope you get some good enjoyable days too. I am thinking of cleaning up and decorating my porch after this next rain comes thru. Bless you, xoxo,Susie
DeleteGlad to hear you are feeling better Susie and are wanting to get out. Happy grocery shopping. I hate it too but I bet it will feel good to get out of the house and enjoy the spring temps. Have a great rest of the week.
ReplyDeleteKris
Kris, Dare I tell you I went to Horton's before I went to the grocery. LOL. OMG. I took a bunch of photos. I bought a few things there even. I hit that grocery like a mini tornado...in and out. Best shopping ever. LOL. Blessings , xoxo,Susie
DeleteHappy that you are feeling so much better, Susie. Enjoy your outing. xo Laura
ReplyDeleteHi Laura, I was thrilled to wake up feeling this good today. Being sick is a drag. I had a great day too. Hope you had some nice weather. Bless you, xoxo,Susie
DeleteHi Susie, Glad you are feeling better! Did you see the Northern Lights this week-on the news last night they were saying your state would see them. We've had spring like weather until yesterday when winter decided to return. I'm ready for warm weather. Great photos!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Noreen
Hi Noreen, Hope you are feeling great. I looked out the windows when I went to bed at 8:30 LOL...did not see the lights. I am crazy for that kind of thing, usually I will get back out of bed and put a jacket and shoes on and go outside to see ...I went to bed and fell asleep, then never thought of it again. Darn, I really hate that I may have been able to see the lights this time and missed it. But then I did get up feeling so much better. :)It was chilly today but some sunshine. Rain tonight and tomorrow. Blessings sweet friend, xoxo,Susie
DeleteThankful you are better. These are such pretty sky photos. Take good care and get lots of rest tonight.
ReplyDeleteMildred, I am happy to be better. I am not a whiny sick person, but I am not one to lay around for long periods either. It was rough. :) Blessings, xoxo,Susie
DeleteI'm so glad you are feeling better my friend. Be careful getting out and about so soon though. Don't push yourself. I was sick for 2 weeks and stayed home for 3 weeks....that's got to be a record for me. It really took me down though. Take care of yourself. You've had a lot of stress this past few weeks. Sweet hugs, Diane
ReplyDeleteI did okay yesterday, Diane, cause I got to the store and few were there. Oh boy that really helps. Plus I went into Horton's for pictures. They had a lot set up for the spring sale. It was just me and Mr. Horton..one man came in for paint and another to talk business. I always ask first. Glad you are better too. Sunday, I thought I was going to my daughter's and all of a sudden I was back on the coach...I did try to do too much too soon. Bless you, xoxo, Susie
DeleteThough Spring is practically here ( as I write this) It's still cold and there is potential for some more you know what this weekend.
ReplyDeleteYou have to go out once in a while even if it is the dreaded food shopping. The only advantage to working a supermarket is , you're already there.
I especially like the 3rd photo.
There is so much purple and pinks in these sunset pictures, Susie. They are beautiful. My son has been going grocery shopping for me lately, and I'm so grateful for that. Ted sounds like such a good man always helping out around the house. I know you appreciate him very much.
ReplyDeleteHave a nice weekend, Susie.
love, ~Sheri
