Thanks , Ouch , Aww........
Then the dentist tells me , "If this doesn't take care of that problem,we may have to do a surgery along the gum" I am thinking, "Are you kidding me, do I look like Ms. Money Banks. ?" Thursday's procedure cost me 1,108. dollars and I got this little bag of tooth care products. Mind you this is on top of 1300 for the original root canal....which thankfully my insurance paid most of it. I hope my insurance comes thru for me this time too. I will know in two weeks if the sensitivity eases up.
Later today, I am going to Horton's in town....I missed their Christmas Open House last Saturday. WAAA. I'll get some photos. :):) Wishing all a wonderful weekend, XO

Sorry about your tooth. Been there so I feel your pain. Hope it starts to feel better. Take lots of pics at Hortons can't wait to see. Love the sunset pic. Very peaceful which I know you could appreciate with the day you had. Have a great week end.
Hi Kris, I was happy to be done at the dentist . Just thinking of more appts...in the offing. I have to go to my town dentist to get a permanent filling in the tooth the endodontist drilled yesterday....why could he not put a filling in then? I think it's ways of them milking the insurance companies too. Makes me crazy at times. Hope your weekend is a good one also. I think we will rake again tomorrow hopefully for the last time this year. LOL. Blessings, xoxo, SusieDelete
Oh my goodness, those dentist trips are expensive. Hope you won't need surgery on your gums.ReplyDelete
Have a good day!
Sylvia, My teeth look good but for the money they should be looking even better. LOL. I just tense up when I have to go. I am hoping I do well too. Blessings for a great weekend, xoxo, SusieDelete
Accckkk...I have been putting off some dental work for this very reason. It is pain in lots of places — the mouth, the pocketbook, and the keister. Saying a prayer that all will be well without any further attention.ReplyDelete
Vee, With all the problems I am having....I wonder, "Why am I getting x-rays and cleanings every six months and still having problems...is it the money? " Please do not wait too long honey...they can give you plenty of numbing shots. Never look at the needles. Blessings for a fun weekend, xoxo, SusieDelete
yikes yikes another root canal, wow the cost!!!!!have a great weekend,ReplyDelete
Laurie, I keep thinking I am paying so much for teeth that I will lose in a year or so. Makes me nuts. This is the root canal I should have had 2 years ago...possibly.So I am hoping the sensitivity will go away soon. Blessings to all at your house for a great weekend, xoxo, SusieDelete
Wow. I do not like going to the dentist. It is my least favorite doctor appointment. Praying all goes well!! Blessings my friend!ReplyDelete
Cindy, I probably looked like a plank in the dental chair...I get so tense. LOL. I do hope this is the end of my pain. Blessings to you and yours, xoxo, SusieDelete
Susie- I am so sorry for all the pain and expense you are going through! I so do not miss any of that. Praying for no sensitivity issues now. Horton's? Did you say Horton's and Christmas in one sentence? You have my attention!ReplyDelete
Tete, I swear I could have the best set of dentures around with the money I have put out on my teeth. Oh yes, I missed the Horton's open house. I did go there this afternoon and get some photos. I think by Christmas there will be so much more there. I'll show pics tomorrow. Blessings for a good evening there. xoxo, SusieDelete
So sorry you are having so much trouble with that tooth. I hope this is the end of it for you. Dentists can be so expensive if you don't have insurance. Feel better.ReplyDelete
Kathy, I am ready to have this tooth pulled and be done with it...if the sensitivity doesn't go away. Too much money in it. I have insurance but still pay plenty out of pocket. You know how they are. Blessings to you and Joe for fun weekend, hope you both are better. xoxo, SusieDelete
Sometimes it is good to see a sunset on a harrowing, miserable day. Dental work is SO expensive! We have dental insurance but it doesn't cover much. Hope your procedure fixes the problem.ReplyDelete
Hope you have a great weekend, Susie. xo Diana
Diana, You know I could be driving a corvette around town for the money I have spent on these teeth...of course I would be totally toothless. LOL. I will give this tooth two weeks if I can stand it...it better work or I am having it pulled...tired of the woes. I hope your weekend is a good one. Rest when you can my friend, Blessings, love, xoxo, SusieDelete
Oh, I LOVE that sunset through the dragon fly wings!!ReplyDelete
Here's hoping for the best with that tooth!!! and with the insurance!
Linda, I wish I had that tooth pulled...it will be if this doesn't take care of the problem...I am tired of all the trouble with it. Hope you weekend is a fun filled one. Blessings to all, love you, xoxo, SusieDelete
I am sorry about your tooth problems. I certainly can relate. My last experience I had a couple of years ago caused me to re-think my future plans. If it isn't a front tooth, I will let them pull it. Our dental insurance isn't that great. I hope it works out for you.ReplyDelete
Nonnie, I have made up my mind to have it oulled before going thru more procedures and not getting relief. I will wait the two weeks the dentist asked me to. It's a molar. Some times my insurance pays well and other times I am amazed at what I have to pay. I carry cobra insurance and I don't dare let it go, not with my teeth. :) I was stressed so badly. It's the fear of things working out right. Blessings to you for a great weekend, xoxo, SusieDelete
p.s it's 47 degrees heading into a hard frost.
Ouch. And double ouch!ReplyDelete
I've had a root canal, and I know your pain (the greatest one to me was in my pocketbook!)
Sending you warmest hugs...
Thank you for the hugs Jackie. :) I am feeling a bit better this evening. Hope for a relief soon. Blessings, xoxo, SusieDelete
Oh my goodness, Susie, you could have flown to the Caribbean and had a lovely holiday for the price of those teeth. I sure hope that this solves everything and you can now forget about the whole thing. Have a good weekend. -JennReplyDelete
Jenn, Any dental or medical treatment is outrageous any more. I would much rather have a vacation than dental work. LOL. Blessings, xoxo, SusieDelete
A root canal, Yikes! I hope you are healing from your day at the dentist, Susie. And I do hope that you don't have to have surgery along the way. You saw a beautiful sunset that day to make up for having to go to the dentist. I think maybe that sunset was meant just for you. :)ReplyDelete
I am so sorry, Susie. I do hope you recover soon. Hugs~ReplyDelete
