Some Horton Decorating...

The side entrance to Horton's in Tipton.  This Saturday they are having their Christmas Vender Market. From 9to 4 .  So many Christmas goodies. There is lots of industrial items at the store.
m There was some different ornaments. They are glass...which at this size I would like them to be plastic. :):)  Cute little church.
I just love this very old worn sled.  I would have bought it...but then where would I put it after the holidays.

Cute pair of skates. Not sure what they are made from...but you maybe could make some from cardboard.
Out near the greenhouse area, there's planters made of resin to look like birch tree logs. Looks great with pine greenery...but then come spring, you could plant flowers in them.
This one could be a waste basket . I loved all the different greenery. Those bows that Mrs. Horton makes are awesome.
This deer head was made of all kinds of metal things. So funny. Might look cute hanging on a shed, or barn.
A red truck ornament and  tea towel with a printed red truck carrying a Christmas tree.
Sweet red barn ornament, trimmed out with  gold.
Green and red tractors. All these ornaments would look nice on a farm house tree. I loved looking at all the pretty and unusual things offered  at Horton's. I did not mention the fudge...oh my goodness, the best homemade fudge ever. Every flavor you can imagine.
I will be going to a birthday party on Saturday...so no shopping for me . Max will be one year old in a few days.  So hard to believe a year has passed since he was born.
Went to my regular dentist today....got my permanent filling in the tooth that had the root canal...so far things are going much better for me. Finally.
Wishing all of you a great evening . XO

Lovely shop with so many darling things. I must get out my worn sled. It's somewhere out in that garage.

Glad to hear the problem with your tooth is finally at an end. Just in time for the holidays.

    1. Hi Kathy, I had my red truck on the garden flag from last year...so the truck sign fit perfectly. I am thrilled to have the tooth done. Praying no more problems with it. Hope you and Joe are doing well. Blessings, xoxo, Susie

  5. I'm going to a birthday party on Saturday too! But no shopping involved....this 7 year old LOVES my pumpkin muffins and that's my gift to him - a whole batch!
When we were all at Berger's LAke this past August I took these muffins and I think he ate most of them! Every time I've seen him since he has asked if I brought the muffins.
This is ONE gift I KNOW will be a winner!!

  6. The old sled had me at hello! Oh...those ornaments. Sigh. No spending for me. I have more Christmas crap than I need. No, no looking either!

I'm glad you are over the dentist hurdle. I keep postponing my implant surgery. January 12th. No backing out. Grrrrr...

    1. Blondie, I laughed about all the things you have...yikes, ,y daughter is a teacher and has enough Christmas stuff to open a shop. LOL. Kids love their teachers.:) I am thrilled my filling is done. Praying I can rest for a long time before another tooth farce. I just think it was too many circles involved in this tooth. I will surely pray for you. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
