This staying home is some times tough. Then some times fun.
The marigolds are getting thick and pretty.
Black eyed Susans going strong. I put some miracle grow on them. They love it.
Crop dusters have been in some of the fields near by.
I absolutely love watching them. Brave souls flying these planes. Ted laughs about how much I love anything that flies . LOL I really love helicopters.
My sister Jeanie will be going Sunday evening and staying with her daughter. Then her daughter and son in law will take her to the hospital Monday to have two more stents put into her heart. The heart dr decided to move it up about two weeks. I am glad. I would love for her to feel better.
She was having shortness of breath, the N.P. changed her blood pressure med and that helped. Of course the heart dr is the one who ordered it. I think Jeanie will be like new once the stents are in and she starts getting proper blood flow.
Still not sure how school is to be around here. Last I heard it was to be E-learning for a couple more weeks....or even longer. Indiana's Covid -19 cases counts are way up. Most stores you still need a mask. Hooray for that, in my book. Take care dear friends, stay safe. XO
Prayers that your Sister will do great and feel much better after the surgery. Your flowers are SO pretty. Not much blooming at my house right now, so I will enjoy yours! Have a blessed and beautiful day. MASK ON for me when I go anywhere. Most stores are mandating that they be worn or you can't go in. I am tired of wearing them but I AM WEARING THEM:) HUGS!
ReplyDeleteHi Theresa, Yes, We are about wore out from wearing masks...but I want our world to get well. So I'll wear them till there's a vaccine. It's been a hot summer so far and I have to water the flowers to get them to grow, so I mix in the miracle grow. Blessings, enjoy the weekend, xoxo, Susie
DeleteHi Susie, I am praying for Jeanie. I hope everything goes smoothly and she feels so much better. I love your marigolds and Susans. They are so healthy looking and cheerful with their bright colors. Some days I get bored staying home but most of the time I can find something to keep me busy. Still wearing masks and gloves when I go out. xoxo
ReplyDeleteHi Mildred. We have to take care of ourselves, so we wear masks too. Ted doesn't even go in the stores. Just me and I wipe everything down that I bring in the house.
DeleteI am loving my marigolds. They are so hardy. Blessings, stay safe, xoxo, love, Susie
I love your flowers. Hope your sister recovers quickly. I'm with you on masks - we wear ours whenever we go out in public. Have a good weekend. See you again soon.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the good wishes for my sister. She seems to be improving, so I am sure the new stents will help too. I wish I could have had some petunias this year, but never got to the stores in time. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
DeleteYou're flowers are gorgeous... Bright and beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThe crop dusters are neat, but... they can also be rather scary too. We've had some fly way too low over our home and I've seen them swoop right under the power lines.
I'll be praying for your Sister, Jeannie. So glad she is able to go to the hospital now and have this much needed procedure done.
I'm also wearing masks and disposable gloves when I go to the store, etc... But I'm always thankful to remove them when I'm done.
Blessings to you! Net
I think we are all tired of wearing masks, but we must help our nation get rid of this Virus. Thanks for the prayers for my sister. I appreciate each one. They do help us. Crop dusting does seem dangerous. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
DeletePraying your sister will do well with this procedure! Yes, you’re right! This quarantine season is tough! Mask wearing is essential! Take care, Susie! xoxo Nellie
ReplyDeleteThank you Nellie. The prayers for my sister will surely help. I am grateful. Isn't it strange that we still recognize people even in masks? :):) Blessings, xoxo, Susie
DeleteYour flowers are so pretty. I'm a person who doesn't mind staying at home one bit. Prayers for your sister. I just had a friend with the same procedure and he's doing great. Masks are mandatory in Pennsylvania. You can't leave your home without one. I will be glad when that is lifted since I have asthma and have almost passed out in a few places. Gloves are useless to me. I just wash my hands a lot.
ReplyDeleteKathy, we use the hand sanitizers and wear masks and wash ourselves up as soon as we get in the house. I don't let Ted go in the stores. One less chance of catching something. Thanks for the prayers for my sister. She is going to feel much better, I am just sure of it. She is slowly getting used to the low sodium diet. I think it surprised her. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
DeleteBeautiful flowers. Marigolds, haven't seen those in years. My mom had them when I was growing up. I LOVE crop dusters. It was a dream of mine as a young girl to fly a crop duster. We live in a area where we saw a lot of them. I've always loved small planes. My dad had his pilot license and took us up in a small rented plane. Then years later, my dearest and I flew with a Pastor (who was also a pilot) and his wife from Paris Calif. to Portland ME in a 4 passenger plane. One of my best memoires.
ReplyDeleteSo glad for Dr. and stints. They really do help. My dearest has had a couple over the years. Have a blessed Saturday. Love and Hugs.
Thank you Wanda. My sister is going to feel great when she is fully on the right track. She is getting used to the low sodium and has been amazed she doesn't miss the salt. LOL
DeleteOh that's a long trip in a small plane. But you can see more, as you aren't as high as a big plane. I had a couple of flying lessons, but didn't stick with it. Blessings to you and Don, stay safe. xoxo, love, Susie
Snoopy's plane! 😃
ReplyDeleteI am with you on this staying at home. I love being home, but...as time goes on I feel more and more like going out. Lots of people are out...but not us. Not yet. I miss normal.
Sandi, It's really a stressful situation , staying in the same place so long. If we could be outside in our own yards more it would be better. Too hot most days. Ted does a 1/2 hour walk real early in the mornings. Praying we all can get our lives back to normal. This has to really be hard on the young kids. Blessings, be safe, xoxo, Susie
DeleteI love watching the airplanes too. I hope and pray everything goes well with the surgery, I'll keep her in my prayers! Take care of yourself too my friend!
ReplyDeleteThank you Diane. I will tell my sister of all the kind prayers for her. It will give her some peace. I am sure she is going to feel better. Blessings to you, stay safe, xoxo, Susie
DeleteMy hubby has five stents and each one made him feel better. Praying for her! Your flowers are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThank you Terri. It's nice to read good reports of other's surgeries...give us a positive look at things. I'd like to make some bouquets with my flowers, but I love them outside too. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
DeleteYour flowers are so pretty! Best wishes to your sister as she undergoes surgery. As someone who is in all the high risk categories for this virus, I thank you and others who care enough to wear masks. I don't even go grocery shopping; I only go to the medical appointments I have to go to and I wear double layers of masks when I do.
ReplyDeleteI am praying our nation will ask everyone to wear masks when in public. Thank you for the good wishes for my sister. Blessings, stay safe, xoxo, Susie
DeleteI live in Indiana also and I'm so glad that masks are mandatory!! Love your flowers and I have flowers blooming and love them.
ReplyDeleteHi Judy, I have a hard time understanding when the Gov. comes on TV and says OK on Monday we are going to wear masks...why not the very next day or today. Gee. I saw your blog and you Quilt. I think quilting is a wonderful talent....one I lack...but I truly admire those who can. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
DeleteThe flowers are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteMasks are required here in ALL stores in MD.
Prayers for your sister.
Thank you for the prayers for my sister. I will post her results on my blog. I love those hardy marigolds. Wish I had planted them all over. Blessings, be safe, xoxo, Susie
DeleteLove the beauty of flowers, pictures or real. I too love to watch something big flying, love crop dusters.
ReplyDeletePrayers for Jeanie praying all goes well.
LOve from NC,
Sherry & jack
I get excited when I see the helicopters fly over and are low. I always wave and Ted always laughs. I tell him, hey there goes my ride !! Hope you are feeling better after that snake bite. stay safe Mt. Blessings to you and your wife. xoxo, Susie
DeleteHi Susie,
ReplyDeleteMay God heal Jeanie completely in Jesus' name!
I love things that fly, too.
I'm finished with homeschooling now, so fall will be very different for me this year.
Be blessed,
Laura of Harvest Lane Cottage
Thank you Laura for your kind prayer. I am so grateful. I think a lot of parents have home a tiny bit this year and most hate it. LOL. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
DeleteI've just added you to my blog list!
ReplyDeleteThank you Laura. I have you on my list. But some of the blogs I follow don't show up on my list. I need mt computer savvy g.son here. Bless you, xoxo, Susie
DeleteI'm garden crazy lately. I mean really, what else can we do?
ReplyDeleteI don't live where I can see crop dusters. That would cool. The planes I tend to see, are the ones going to fires - We have a few east of us now.
I hope all goes well for your sister.
Take care
Debby, I have tried to do more yard work ...to be busy and outside. I feel once winter comes I can do paper sorting and drawer cleaning. Thanks for the good wish for my sister. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
DeleteSusie, first of all, I do hope your sister will feel better soon. Shortness of breath is a terrible feeling...I've had asthma all my life and when it hits I would give just about anything for air!!! Second, I wish my flowers looked as nice as yours. They did look pretty good back in the spring but this HOT south GA weather has fried them and they refuse to be revived!!! When I was growing up a family friend was a crop duster and I loved watching him. I never realized just how dangerous it is though until a friend's crop duster husband crashed and was killed. I would also like to THANK YOU for the kind comment you wrote on my recent post. I wrote it thinking no one would probably comment and that was OK, but it has been so heart warming and helpful for me to read the comments. I left you a reply if you have time to go back and read it. I'm now going to lift up a prayer for your sister (before my feeble brain that goes in all directions forgets:)
ReplyDeleteCheri, Asthma is scary. I can see where wearing a mask would be rough, Be safe for you. At Times, I can not wait to get in my car, use sanitizer and get that mask off. Thank you so much for the prayer for my sister. She will be so happy when I tell her how many kind souls have prayed for her. :) I am praying for you too. We all need one another's prayers. Blessings to you, xoxo, Susie
Deleteyou are right about staying home, and i try really hard to make it fun. we are very lucky to have the pool but the air conditioning inside is good too!!! your flowers are so pretty, the hubs uses miracle grow every so often, i think it is time now, thanks for the reminder!!! i LOVE flying things too. one of our properties is next door to an airport, a small one. i love to watch the places come and go!! best wishes to jeanie, i hope the surgery goes well and that she feels better!!!
ReplyDeleteThank you Debbie. I am happy to tell my sister how kind my blog family is. I bet I get to see more planes on one of our drives. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
Deleteblog people are the kindest i know!!
DeleteWiill definitely be praying for your sister. Glad she is getting the help she needs. We are under statewide mandates to wear masks here trying to get our numbers down. Most schools are opening with an option here to do studies on line, but most will be open for students to enter if they want to.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the prayer for my sister. It's so much of a spirit lifter for her. :) I guess Ted and I will wear masks till there's a vaccine. He is a great risk for even a cold. Praying for our nations children, teachers, bus drivers, and staff. May God help us all. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
DeleteHi Susie :) Your marigolds are beautiful, what a nice image to see! I'm hoping for the best for Jeannie...I can't imagine going through heart surgery. Sending prayers! xx

ReplyDeleteI just wanted to see if it would publish..It did ..Yay..Love your Marigolds..Hope all goes well with your sister..I'm sure she will feel better..Still in the 90's here..Might hit triple digits today..SO tired of summer..xxoo
ReplyDeleteYay Missy, It is nice you can comment. :) I like how hardy marigolds are. We had storms go thru and the temps dropped quite a bit. We needed that rain too. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
DeleteHi,
ReplyDeleteSending prayer for your sister and family.
My sister had gallbladder surgery last week. Everything is so different because of the virus, she said she will be happy to stay away from the hospital after all this. She did alright. She goes back for a check up the 30th.
Hi Carla, I know you can not have anyone with you at the hospital and that makes it a nervous situation. Thank you for the prayers. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
DeleteI think we are all finding things near home to really take a look at and enjoy since none of us are going anywhere. I guess that is a good thing that has come out of Covid. Makes us look around our own places and see beauty. Have a great new week.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Kris
Thank you Kris. I guess we can get more down on our gardens , lawns and homes since we need to stay close to home. Our problems has been the heat....too hot to do too many things outside. Hope all is well with you. Blessings to you and your family, xoxo, Susie
DeleteMy marigolds are filling in - they are in a blue basket and the colors look so pretty together.
ReplyDeleteI didn't see Black Eyed Susans at the nursery at all this year and didn't find seeds. Our nursery has been open through all of this and where once I could pop in and out, now there overflow parking is full. I guess others got to the Black Eyed Susans before me.
Thank you Carol. I actually brought some starts of those black eyed susans from our house we sold in town 15 years ago. I am surprised they are still hanging on. LOL I need to give them plant foods more often. Blessings to you, stay safe, xoxo, Susie
DeleteSending all good thoughts to "the other" Jeanie (your number one!) for good results. Your golden blooms are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThank you Jeanie. :):) I love having some pretty flowers to enjoy. Blessings to you, xoxo, Susie
DeleteBeautiful marigolds, Susie. What a striking color they are. Both Nel and Jess are teaching from home when school starts up, and I'm so glad about that. But all states are different. Hang in there during this strange time we are in right now. : )

A GREAT SPELL CASTER (DR. EMU) THAT HELP ME BRING BACK MY EX GIRLFRIEND.
ReplyDeleteAm so happy to testify about a great spell caster that helped me when all hope was lost for me to unite with my ex-girlfriend that I love so much. I had a girlfriend that love me so much but something terrible happen to our relationship one afternoon when her friend that was always trying to get to me was trying to force me to make love to her just because she was been jealous of her friend that i was dating and on the scene my girlfriend just walk in and she thought we had something special doing together, i tried to explain things to her that her friend always do this whenever she is not with me and i always refuse her but i never told her because i did not want the both of them to be enemies to each other but she never believed me. She broke up with me and I tried times without numbers to make her believe me but she never believed me until one day i heard about the DR. EMU and I emailed him and he replied to me so kindly and helped me get back my lovely relationship that was already gone for two months.
