Oh Let Me Try This....

Oh by some miracle I found my old photos from some of my blogs.  These are all old pics. I may need help before I can ever load new ones.  This mums are back and do look much the same.
This was a cute display at Horton's here in town, a few tears back.
This was my granddaughter's decorations before Luke was born. She has a whole new layout this year. None are named. LOL.

I have struggled to make a bog today...try to go by Blogger's book...oh my gosh, why do they have to take us into space to achieve what they want.  I just could not get it right. I may never get it.

Wanted to tell all of you, that Ted is doing much better getting his walking routine in and the P.T. exercises for his shoulder.  We both have dr  appts coming up in the next week. Then I am scheduling my cataract surgery.  My sister got hers done and did very well.

Wishing all of you well. Stay safe. Praying for all . XO

  2. Glad to hear they are doing regular surgeries again. That seems like a good sign. My mother has needed her knee done for a while, but the hospital postponed almost everything.

    1. Sandi, A friend of mine had a knee replaced since she came home from Florida. Then her husband went on the porch in his sock feet and slipped coming inside and now he too has had a knee surgery. So I know one surgery was planned and one was an emergency. I am so thankful their son lives next door to them. He and his wife have been helping them. Praying your mother can get her surgery. Blessings, xoxo, Susie

  4. Looking good! Feeling like fall there as much as it is here? Positively chilly here.

So happy for all the good reports from here. May Ted get excellent results from his PT and relief from that tendonitis. I also have that...does it come from chemo? I'd not be surprised.

    Have a great weekend.

    1. Oh Vee, it is in the 40 here the past 3 mornings. The news says it is 10 degrees cooler than normal. Vee, I too have wondered about that tendonitis being caused by chemo, it cures but also does damages. I gotta get me some coffee girl. :) Blessings to you, stay sweet, xoxo, Susie

  5. I am delighted to hear that Ted is doing well. Wishing you great success with your eye surgery, too. I am going to have to have that done one of these days too. Just waiting for the right time.

The new blogger is a challenge, but sister after the year or two that we've had, this should be a piece of cake. Don't let it become more than it is . . . just take it step at a time. My biggest problem was alignment and still is. I give myself so much time and if it does align, but says what you want, publish it anyway. We are all in this boat together.
    Keep Smiling!

    1. Connie, You make me feel better. Love you. It has been a tough journey for us caregivers too. It proves me are stronger than we ever knew. I have a tendency to feel overwhelmed so often. Prayer has carry me a long way. So as long as I have my family and friends, I feel bless. Ted has been such a fighter. He actually got ona stool yesterday and changed some light bulbs, that I had not replaced in6 months. I was working in the kitchen with just the light on the range hood. LOL Take care my sweet friend, Blessings, xoxo, love, Susie

  9. I hate when blogger (and now facebook) changes everything around. If it isn't broken, don't fix it. Loved seeing your pictures even if they were older. I hope you can figure out how to post pictures. So glad to hear the news about Ted. Joe had his cataracts taken care of about 2 years ago and he is doing wonderful. No regrets about getting them fixed and he sees so well.

    1. Kathy, I have had a couple appts. to get my cataracts removed and each time it's due to others, not me. The first time was Ted's cancer diagnoses. Then the Covid , the clinic called to cancel. But I am ready to get it done. Oh honey, I am like you....I get used to things working a certain way and I do not want it to change. Blessings stay well, xoxo, Susie

  10. Hi Susie: Yeah, I just noticed that the old way of doing things is gone! What for? I really think it is now designed to the ones who make money? I don't know but that is what I think. If you want to e-mail me feel free. I notice that Jeanie said the same. I have been using it for awhile and am finding problems each time that I wasn't aware of before, but I guess I am muddling through, so don't hesitate if you think you could take my word for anything. Adrienne just asked me for some help so maybe we can all work together and figure it out to some extent anyway..Glad all else is well..xxoJudy

    1. Thank you Judy. I am just going to keep going till I get it right, or throw this computer out a window. LOL I have loved blogging and getting to know others thru blogging. So it's been a pleasant 5 and 10 minutes of escape for me in winter and crazy drs/hospital times. Oh I can say this about some blogs....if things keep popping up and /or flashing on some blogs, I just click out...can't follow it. Too distracting from the actual blog. I used to follow a sweet little lady and now I can't. Kind of sad, I miss her. Blessings, stay safe out there, xoxo, Susie

  11. Susie, it has been awful trying to figure out the new blogger. It's still easy to visit friend's blogs and comment, but creating a post has got me so frustrated. Yes, why didn't they just leave it the same - it was working for everybody. I love your Fall pictures, Susie, and I'm so glad to hear Ted is doing better.

Take care and hope you figure things out. I'm sure it will take awhile for both of us haha.

One for the people who liked it just fine the way it was and one for those who really wanted something else. I guess I get settled into to a way and just could be content forever. LOL. Hope we both can start enjoying blogging again. Take care sweet girl, please be safe in your state. I am praying for all of you. Blessings to you and yours, xoxo, love you, Susie
