Just $375,000.......

And you can own one of my favorite houses. My daughter and I were searching on line reality and found that "my" beautiful home was for sell.:):) It's more house than I need. If you go to hppt://www.trulia.com/property/3076685322-N-Independence-St-Tipton-In-46072     you can maybe see some of the inside of this house. Awesome, the floors, the fret work at the doorways. Stain glass to die for. The laundryroom was not to my liking. but oh the rest of the house istruly wonderful.

  1. Wow...what a house. Love the porch and the entryway and all those built-ins. Think about this...you have the best of both worlds. You live in the country but close enough to town that you can see the court house. So you are apparently close enough to town to visit it every day!

  5. It appears to be Craftsman which is a fabulous and generous house style. I got tickled at your comment, I do post just about every day and take literally hundreds of photos every week. I could not have predicted I would have been doing this in my retirement I tell ya. hugs, olive

  6. That is a beauty; I love seeing what's on the market and dreaming about moving. (Don't tell anyone but I also love going for walks at night when you can see in windows; not so I can see the people, but so I can get a glimpse of the interiors!)

  7. Wow, Susie--I went over to Trulia and looked at all the photos of this house--it is big and gorgeous! I love all the craftsman details and the stained glass windows. I hope someone who loves a vintage house will buy it and take good care of it. I dream about houses such as these!

  9. This is what happened to me almost exactly 10 years ago ... I discovered that 'my' house was for sale. I saw it for the first time 10 years prior to that, and told my husband that I would live in that house one day. Pie in the sky dreams, it was at the time. The day I found that it was for sale, I convinced my husband to PLEASE look at it ... three visits and some negotiations later, and it was OURS! It took five years of renovation and restoration before we could move here, but I am thankful every day that I listened to my little inner voice and took a chance.
