Remembering 9- 11.......

These are the reflecting pools at the spots where the twin towers stood. The names of the lost on the sides.
They are missed and loved by many.
I can never forget that day, as long as I live. Technology brought it all into our living rooms.
This is freedom tower when it was not quite finished.
This is where  Flight 93 went down in Pennsylvania. The boulder is marking the spot and is surrounded by wildflowers.
This board shows the passengers and crew member who were on board.
Please take a moment today to remember  on the anniversary of  our loss today. Thank you. XO

  1. We should all watch that day on tv at least once a year...not to remind us what happened...we will NEVER forget...but to remember that this can happen again and we need watchful eyes to help protect.
Thank you for your nice tribute.

  3. Susie,
I think this is a day that everyone will remember and know exactly where they were and what they did on this horrible day. So many gave their lives this day. Prayers of remembrance are on my agenda for today.

  4. Thank you for this post. I know I will never forget. I was right outside of NYC when it happened. Just getting ready to cross into Manhattan to go home. So many of my sister's friends were killed. I will NEVER forget.

  5. You can't help but remember, even if you want to forget the horror of that day. My stomach has been in knots all day, physically aching from the remembering! Thank you for sharing those special photos! Blessings, Cindy

  6. Sometimes I think once a year is not enough, especially when we see Terror on rise at home and abroad. Thanks for sharing your reflections and God Bless America.
