Fall Decorating......

Yes, I finally got the goodwill shirts on my scarecrows.  This one is up front and there's one by the flag pole at the garage/shop.
I have the Happy Fall flag near some mums.
Inside on the mantle, I have some cloth pumpkins, fake boo pumpkins and flowers.
Bought this cute sign at Horton's. The twinkle lights are from Big Lots.
I really like the lights and plan to use them at Christmas also.  They are warm white.
Some good news for Luke. He had his check up at the children's hospital , for his Cystic Fibrous. He is still gaining weight , which helps give him a leg up on this disease. So he received a good report from  the doctors and will not be needing any meds.  So thankful.  I love this sweet great grandson.
Hopefully I'll have some crafts to show you soon.  Enjoy this day.

  1. Good morning, Susie Q! That is such good news on Little Luke! He is such a precious little boy. Everything looks pretty at your place! The mantle is perfect and those tiny lights added the finishing touch! Are they battery operated? I haven’t used any but the electric ones.
It was in the 50’s last night AND we slept with the door open and the attic fan on.......it was heavenly sleep!

    1. Linda, The tiny lights are battery , 3 aa 's. The lights only cost 5 dollars at big lots. I thought I would try them and they are great. I just light them at night.
I was so thrilled that Luke got a good report. I worry with cold season coming on. They told Lynzie to fatten him up as soon as she could and she has breast feed him. He took a med for his intestines when he was born, for 6 weeks. He has done so well. The best baby ever . Lynzie said she had her hearts strings tugged the other day, Max had a book and was trying to read to Luke...Max is only 20 months old himself. See how they grow. It was 57 all morning here and right now only64...I love it...but it's cloudy. Blessings, xoxo, love you, Susie

  4. Susie, that is such good news about precious Luke. I smile every time I see this little guy. : ) Your Fall mantel is charming. Isn't Big Lots the best for holiday stuff? I love all your white pumpkins here and there. And the twinkling lights really add to the décor. I'll have to take a trip to Big Lots and see all the goodies. I have one right down the street.

    1. Sheri, We are all happy about our Luke. His is the quietest baby...laughs almost all the time. Lynzie said Max had a book and was trying to read to Luke on Monday. Awww. He has some stories memorized. LOL. I got those lights for just 5 dollars, they are battery operated. So nice. I will use them again.:)
Sheri, as I was putting the shirts on the scarecrows, those old shirts did smell. LOL...I thought omg, who would buy those for anyone. They are fine for outdoor scarecrows though. LOL. Blessings, love you xoxo, Susie
