It's Warm Here.....

Sunday evening's sunset. I just hurry to get out front for  photos when I see the brightness of the sunset.
Earlier in the afternoon, I could hear these geese coming for a long ways off.  They were almost out of view by the time I got outside.
So noisy, heading north...isn't that a good sign?
Here's Luke trying to call me on his antiquated baby phone. LOL He wanted to tell me something is afoot at his house.  He sits so straight, makes me smile.
Luke wanted me to know that mommy (Lynzie ) was taking him for a big boy hair cut.  I think it made him look older right away.
In the evening with big brother Max...they both are growing  Max is a sweet brother. Keeps his eye on Luke. Of course they almost wrestle for cheerio snacks.
Luke is getting many teeth now. Seems to have a space in the front ones. LOL.
Luke is hugging on Madison, the family pet. That is the best dog ever with those boys. Some times I feel sorry for the dog...she looks a bit sad. Or is so used to be snuggled.
My tooth pain is easing up...but still not gone...so I think I will go ahead with the appointment at the Endodonist next week.  Sinuses are much better.
It  is in the sixties here today...could reach 70. To bad it's gloomy and wet. So much rain in our area and we are not near being done with it. Crazy unreal temperatures for February !! Can spring be far?  Makes me happy to think of spring.
Take care everyone, stay healthy . XO

  1. These are the cutest pictures of Luke, Susie. And I love that one of the boys in their red plaid outfits. A sweet picture of Lynzie and Luke too. I love to see the geese come around - their honk is so loud, and they always seem to say, "we're coming!" They are very protective with their loved ones. I love this picture of Luke and the dog. That dog is going to get lots of hugs from these boys.

Enjoy your nice weather. It's wonderful that you had rain. It didn't rain much this Winter. It's very cold here this week, but it's supposed to warm up next week. : )

    1. Sheri, Lynzie girl is so good to send me photos of the boys and what all they have been doing. She knows I have been ill and can't come visit. I love seeing the boys grow...but wow it goes quickly.
I like hearing the geese honking too. Ted saw a flocks of sand cranes today, I missed it while cooking lunch. We do not mind rain...but it's been flood conditions in some areas and I am praying it skirts by us here. Today was 71 degrees and tomorrow will be 40 or less. Crazy weather. Hope you are enjoying some time in your favorite rose gardens. Blessings, love you, xoxo, Susie

Luke and Max are just adorable. I hope they always love each other. Brothers are special. It is warm here too. 70* today and going up to 75* tomorrow. Spring is coming.

    1. Pilar, Honey, I believe the ups and downs of our temperatures here is making people more apt to get sick. I saw people without coats yesterday. Just so ready for a calm sweet spring, aren't you? Pilar, it's hard for me to think about Luke getting a hair cut already. He will be one year old in less than 2 months. Time flies honey. Blessings to you, xoxo, Susie

    1. Linda, Thank you for your kind heartfelt prayers for our Luke. I hope by the time he is a grown man , God will have allowed a cure to be found for his C.F. I just always pray...can never give up hope. Linda, I am at the point where if I thought my teeth would look great and work right...I would say enough ! It's seems to be just money after money and still tooth issues. Blessings to you, love, xoxo, Susie

It's insane how long one has to wait to see the dentist. If a tooth was borderline it would be wrecked by the time you got in to the dr. Praying for you. Blessings, xoxo, Susie

    1. Missy, I can not believe the 70 's in our areas for February. Now if we could get thru this wetness. I am hoping soon to get to be with the babies. Since it's winter and so much illness around , I stay away from them. For their sakes and mine. LOL. Bless you, xoxo, Susie

  17. Beautiful sunset shot. You know I have a soft spot for them. You have a wonderful family Susie! Arlene had a brief setback but she has recovered. She's still healing from her surgery and the flu has complicated things. I'll write about it in a day or two. Thank you for support and always kind words.

  20. We've climbed to eighty degrees twice this week, a little out of character for February. The flowers are in bloom, I'm afraid we're not yet finished with winter :(
    What beautiful children !
