This is my sister Pam. She and I took a nice long walk last week. So we went to Burger King for lunch. We decided no fries, small sandwich, means you can have a sundae.:):) believe me the walk helped us, not the sundae.:):) Pam and I worked 30 years at the same place. We would take turns driving. One of the attractions of retirement, no more driving in bad road conditions. Many white knuckle trips for both of us.LOL. We had many ,many long talks riding together all those years. We have been through some tough times together . I truly love her. I do miss our talks daily. Neither one of us misses the driving. Hope you have a sister you love and enjoy. I have 4 sisters and had 6 brothers, one has passed though. Growing up we really didn't have much, but we had each other. :):)
Looks as tho Pam is enjoying that 'treat'. So glad you have each other to enjoy ... nothing like a great sister!

I hope to retire this year. I will miss my work friends, but will not miss the commute! I'd skip the fries for the sundae, too.

Oh my, that is the best sundae in the whole wide world. If it had a facebook page I would be a fan. How could Burger King have kept it from us all this time!

How wonderful that you can spend time with her even though you are no longer working together. It's crazy how much I hated driving to work on our winter roads, too. I so understand those white knuckled drives.
