This Week.....

Just down the road. This beautiful woods, corn fields, and soy beans fields. The blue house and garage is not a farm. The yellow house, garage and white barn , is one of the owners of the fields and this woods. We are close to this area. This year beans were grown in the field across the road from us. Next year it will be corn....the corn gets so tall, that I start to feel hemmed in by it. So corn season across the road from us , is not my favorite. LOL
This shot is in the Tipton park. I love this tree. You can see the swing sets of the playground. My sisters and I did get to walk the park this week. Love going there. This week was busy for me. I painted one day at my daughters. Got my flu shot. Then had my driver's licenses renewed and the plates on my car. Went to the grocery store one day.Walked with my sisters another. Today will be cleaning out the fridge/freezer. Tomorrow we will set up at the Farmer's Market . Only because it's suppose to be in the high 60's to the low 70's. It will be pleasant to sit out in that kind of weather. Hope all of you have a wonderful weekend.xo

  1. Is your birthday coming up soon. I ask because of renewing your license
and plates. I just did that too. I still need to put the sticker on and I keep forgetting. I like how they say on there now that it expires on your birthday. My husband always thinks he has the whole month.....well actually he almost does with his being the 29th.
Sounds like a busy week and more fun ahead.
You asked about Skpye......we all have it but don't use it. But we need to figure out how to use it and do it.

  5. Susie, you have such a gorgeous view. I don't blame you for not loving the corn fencing you in. Hope the farmers market goes well!

  7. Don't you just love this time of year with the colors changing? I think that God rather enjoyed Himself when He came up with this idea! Beautiful!

  8. Hi Susie, didn't see a comment section for your "home town" post. Those street lamps make your town look like a small charming town in America, the kind I would love to live in. I love streets lined with the old street lamps. Beuatiful.
