Even though we may get more snow, I am saying good-bye old snowmen, shovels,& sidewalk salts .
I am planning and dreaming of ....what will I put into my containers this Spring. This was last Spring. I really am thinking of those geraniums. I have 4-5 containers, if you count my wee wagon made of wood. It is truly less than four weeks till spring is officially here. When I first started counting, it was 90 days. LOL yes, I started counting in December. :):)
Sunshine today, I am loving it. It is nippy cold though. Hope all of you have a beautiful day. xo
Oh- Susie- Do you think Spring will EVER come? I am taking my last snowman to the basement today and bringing up some Spring flowers while I am down there. Time to bring St. Patrick out of the closet...and no- I don't think he was in THAT closet! lol xo Diana
ReplyDeleteSunshine here, too, Susie, and a cold wind is blowing. If any snow comes, it should disappear more quickly at this point. Hopefully the frigid temperatures are a thing of the past this winter. xo Nellie
ReplyDeleteIt was such a beautiful warm weekend (in the 50s) and today is sunny, but cold. I keep thinking the same as you that winter is almost over. I usually don't mind the winter, but this was too much! I am planning my spring garden also. It can't come soon enough for me.
ReplyDeleteSusie..how I love those pansies and violets...really makes me think of spring!!
ReplyDeleteStay warm and well!
Gert
Same here. We have a ton of snow and it's very cold, but I know springtime can't be too far away. The sun is feeling very warm and the skies are blue. It does help. :-)
ReplyDeleteI am wondering if spring will ever get here. I know the calendar will say so but will the snow and cold ever stop?
ReplyDeleteI love your photo of the flowers!
We enjoyed a gorgeous weekend!! Yes, a good time to dream of spring.

It is fun to daydream about flowers and to browse thru last year's photos. Hard to believe spring is not far away. Have a great evening, Susie. Mildred
ReplyDeleteGood for you! I ordered my seeds and they came Saturday. How exciting. I can't wait to plan my veggie garden and shop for annuals.
ReplyDeleteHang in there, Susie!
Sunny and cold here as well Susie...Love it except it's very windy...Beats the heat of summer..
ReplyDeletePS..Glad you got to visit with your daughter..Family is important..
ReplyDeleteSaturday is Meteorological spring!
ReplyDeleteWe saw a few wildflowers on our hikes this weekend. It won't be long now! And all of that snow will sink in and give you such a pretty lawn and flowers this year! Sweet hugs!
ReplyDeleteTrue loveliness to look forward to.
ReplyDeleteThank you so very much for visiting Decor To Adore~ Mildred's My Favorite 5 post.
Have a beautiful week!
I'm dreaming of spring, too! :)

Oh yes, Spring is around the corner. Looking forward to get some pansies this year, they have such cute faces and lots of geraniums. It's pretty cold out, right now 10 degrees. But it will warm up eventually. And winter will just be a cold memory. (:)
ReplyDeleteI have been dreaming of Springtime too.
