Thinking Of Flowers....

This is a picture from the Horton's in Tipton.  I think it's from Spring 2 years ago.  I love those hot pink geraniums. I used to plant the red ones all the time , in town. Now I am thinking of having some here. Maybe just on the porch, so I remember to water them :):)
  Yesterday, the sun shined all day. The wind blew till about 8:00 last night. Today is another sunny day, the wind isn't blowing as hard. This is helping with the evaporation of the rain and melted snow. We still have plenty of snow to melt. More coming in this weekend. Can you believe just one more week of February?
  Hope all of you have a great day.  There is flooding in many areas. Some are just getting their power back after days. Some may still be without it.  So take a moment  to offer them a prayer. xo

    Pictures like that give me hope that there will be a Spring someday. lol We have high winds here today, too, and it is bitterly cold and will be below zero for at least 3 days next week. It's been a terrible winter. I love geraniums! xo Diana

    Amazing how many people still have snow!!! Nothing like that here in North Texas!! DUST storms? YES!!! The wind is blowing and it has blown in something I am really allergic to - mountain cedar no doubt!! I'm off to catch up on all your posts I've missed!! By the way - Louis Dean gets the biggest kick when I read him your comments on my blog!! He even poses now (as in this morning when I took EVERYTHING off the fridge!) He says, "You may want this for your blog!!!" He thinks he's famous now!!!

    I can't wait to be able to plant geraniums outside in my pots. They are one of the hardiest flowers for our hot summers. Pretty flower cart!

    Our snow is melting but colder temps are coming back. We had 60 today.....wow.......

    Susie...I am loving seeing blogger's pictures from summer past! I'm trying to plan my garden beds and pots...I usually have a color scheme and I was thinking of "hot pink"!!
