This is Emma cutting up an old T-shirt. Cut the bottom 1/3 or so off the T-shirt. Cut into strips to within an inch or two of one side.
Then stretch the strips as far as you can. Emma used her feet and long legs.:):) This make a cute neck scarf. We also made pins to go along with them.
I will show a picture of Emma in one of the scarf tomorrow. She make one for herself, her mom and her big sister. Today was her mommy's birthday, so a yellow scarf was for her. We took Emma home this morning. I always miss her as soon as she leaves. Don't mind telling all of you though...I am flat wore out. :):) Hope your weekend was a good one with lots of hugs. xoxo, Susie
It's so much fun...and so tiring! Enjoy your afternoon!

Looks like something even the crafty challenged like me could do. Looking forward to seeing the results.

ReplyDeleteEmma is certainly having a lot of fun. Love the big smile!
ReplyDeleteLooks like fun! I loved my days I spent with my Grandmother.
ReplyDeleteWhat fun you and Emma had fashioning the scarfs.
ReplyDeleteSuch fun, Susie! The "young ones" really seem to take all our energy, though, don't they?:-) xo Nellie
