Festifal Time.....

HI everyone, I am back. Been gone due to the computer being in the shop.  A company here in town worked on it. I am not crazy about, where are my photos and why can't I find them with more ease... Well you know how it goes. Fix one thing and get more woes.  :(:(
I want to thank everyone about their concerns for me from my last post , when I mentioned the Dr. visits. I have decided to just go along with this new dr. As she has a degree in pharmacy also. So she knows meds very well.  I have been well and doing fine without the blood thinners. Wish me luck when I fly out next week for Salt Lake City.
This is an old picture from the Pork Festival. It's that time of year again. The tents are set up in the main streets of town. Ted and I may go for lunch tomorrow. There will be a mini parade tonight and a big parade on Saturday. Arts, crafts, foods, venders, and entertainment. If I go I will get pictures.
Hope all of you are well and that you missed me a bit. LOL.

  1. Looks like fun. Have fun on your trip. I think having a doctor that also has a degree in pharmacy is a great idea. After a very recent incident with a med that I was told was safe.......I won't ever be so willing to take what the doctor prescribes. Hugs

    1. Debby, It's scary to know what to believe and what not too from our Drs. One medicine they will prescribe can almost kill you. Some times it's better to deal with the disease than the cure. xoxo,Susie

  3. I'm glad you like your doctor...I think I told you it took awhile for me to find one I really liked. Communication is so important and I still have to learn to speak up.

I got a new laptop months and I have a whole different way of doing pictures. I hate it. Still not used to it.

Have fun at the fest. We have a pumpkin fest next month. I love fall festivals! :)

    1. Blondie, I like to attend some of the festivals. I just wish more had places to sit and relax...after walking around and around, I get a bit wore out. I am going to have to call the company who just worked on my computer....i can not access my email....this is after I called the Phone company and got all new passwords. I tell you I could easily scream. Why is it so hard for nice people like us and so easy for the criminals. LOL. xoxo,Susie

  13. A good doctor is a MUST!! One who you can truly communicate with! I have one and have been going to her for over 20 years. My annual check up is Monday morning and we go back to Louis Dean's heart doctor that afternoon. I will be baking cookies to take to both offices! Wishing you good health and hoping you get those computer issues resolved!
