Think Of Me Today....

   Today I am getting my stomach scoped.  It's because of acid reflux. I had three bad episodes last month.  Actually I am doing better, but this was scheduled so I am going through with it.  I hope I dream of this day in Central Park. :):) That was a fun time.
  I know when I come home, hey boy, I can have some food. :) I will be at the hospital in an hour. I hope for not long.  Hoping for a good report. The Dr. says I need to lose 20 pounds. My friends said I need a new Dr. ...LOL. Oh those ladies. I had brunch with my classmates yesterday. That was fun catching up. We decided to meet the second Monday of the month, so everyone can mark their calendars. This is simpler than trying to work around everyone's schedules.

    I will keep you in my prayers, I have acid reflux disease, a faulty LES valve, I take prilosec everyday for it and had the scope in December, it was not horrible having it at all, you will be fine,, by now its probably over and you will be right as rain,

    Good luck with scope. I had an ultrasound on my prostrate and the results were great. The doctor said I'm A OK. and you'll be OK also. See ya.

    I sure hope all went well and you are sleeping it off. i had to have that done back in January when they found out the problem was actually my gallbladder. I had to wait till 3 in the evening for them to do it. it's no fun.. Prayers for a good outcome. xo

      Susie, I slept like I had not in weeks. LOL. I had nothing wrong, that was visable to the dr. He did a small biopsy ...I think to justify the scoping. GRRR. Hope you are continuing to improve . Blessings, xoxo,Susie

    You wont remember a thing! good luck. Ive had my stomach scoped three times. I take nexium and that seems to fix my problem.. unless I forget to take it.. then just the smell of some foods will give me heart burn,.

    Oh potted garden pots..yes a pain to have to water all the time..leaving town is not a good thing..ha (:)
    If its just for a couple day I put them in a shady spot and water them well before leave..

    Oh Susie, I really like that you meet your classmates once a month. I do wish I could do something like that with mine. I bet you do a lot of catching up with your friends from school. Everyone goes there own way through the years, and it's nice to get together once in awhile and say hello. Did you have a small class when you graduated?

    I too put on a bit of weight when I went for my physical a month or so ago. I hope to drop 6 pounds between now and when I go away in a couple of weeks.
    Most of my classmates are scattered around the country and I only knew a few out of the 700 to 800 people in my class. And it was so long ago now.
    Is that Central Park New York?

      Boston Boy, Yes, that is in Central Pak, NYC. Wow, your class was way bigger than mine. We have lost about twenty of ours so far. Sad. Get that 6 pounds off..it's so easy for you fellows. I have lost 4 pounds ...A day of popcicles helped. LOL. xoxo,Susie
