Happy Weekend....

Wishing all of you a nice weekend. My daughter Kathy will be here this weekend. We will make some crafts....pictures later. I have been longing for more flowers. Today when I go to the grocery, I am going to just get myself some cut flowers. Just a reward for going to the grocery. Food shopping is not one of my favorite things.
 Trying to stay on top of my housework. Gaaa, where's the house cleaning fairy??? Soon, there will be no fires in the fireplace, that alone will help with dusting. Because it seems an endless chore. I thought we were finished already, till Ted made a small fire , it was chilly and the furnace came on this morning.  :(:(

    it is cold, we had 6 inches of snow last night, surprise surprise, blah!!
    I love the flowers in the photo, I think maybe i should buy myself some flowers as well, no one else will! lol,

    I watered all my flowers in the flower garden this morning even though it stormed a wee bit last night. Have a lovely weekend.

    We supplement electric heat here in this old house with gas heaters and I turned them off in heat wave the other day hoping we won't need them again. They leave a slight film on the windows and I always look forward to being able to clean them after the gas is turned off.

    I just read your post about many hands making light work in the garden, guiltily as my husband just came in saying that he'd better start weeding. It is that time of year.

    My hubby runs the heat non~stop! I could use some fresh flowers...my Easter flowers are going down the tubes finally!

    Have a great time with your daughter this weekend. I'd love someone to work on crafts with, maybe I'd get better at it!
