These are the fairy gardens that were at the celebration in my daughter's town last year. I like the little things that the wagon had, the arbor and the country wind mill.
You do not have to have a lot of room to make one of these gardens. This one is in container the size of a mixing bowl. I love the little table and chairs. Look at those birdhouses.:) I hope my granddaughters will make a garden this year. If they do here, then I will get photos.
Wishing all of you a wonderful "hump day".....I am hoping the sun shines today. XO
I love these little gardens. We saw them last year at the Home & Garden Show. They had some like you have too! I LOVE flowers growing everywhere....lol
ReplyDeleteBlessings to your day!
Gert
Gert, I just went to town and walked with my sister. We saw so many nice trees and tulips. It's about the most perfect time. We stood in front of a lilac and the fragrance was heavenly. God is good. I am happy your oriole was singing for you this morning. xoxo,Susie
DeleteI've always wanted to make one of these...maybe this year! Enjoy your day my friend! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteDiane, Aren't they cute? I need one for myself. Here I have been thinking for the g.daughters, when I could enjoy one. LOL. I have already gone to town and walked with my sister...this is the first time in forever. Blessings for a wonderful day, xoxo,Susie
DeleteLots of sunshine here today, Susie. Our high temperature is expected to reach the mid-eighties again. xo Nellie
ReplyDeleteNellie, I really prefer 60-70's, but I will not whine about the 80's...as I whined enough about the cold winter. LOL. We are to have rain this weekend. So I better enjoy this pretty weather. xoxo,Susie

DeleteIf Emma and Savannah make a fairy garden, I'll get photos. Hope your evening is great. xoxo,Susie
Too cute. I fear I am not delicate enough for fairy gardening.
ReplyDeleteI was thinking of just getting a potted plant and adding some little things to it.LOL ..I have found that the plants I pick usually grow so think or high they hide the cute stuff. Hope you are having good weather. xoxo,Susie
DeleteP.S. hi to CC
Hi Susie!
ReplyDeleteI love this post...I am going to share it with a friend whose daughter creates the cutest fairy gardens at our campground!
Sandi, I would love one of those little chair/table sets. I hope the gardener likes these. xoxo,Susie
DeleteSome people find a way to be creative with everything they do. These little gardens are a great way to make and have something unique.
ReplyDeleteWhen my granddaughter, Emma, made one here we used an old Barbie as our fairy.LOL When I would go to goodwill, I would pick up the 25 - 50 cent items of little animals to use in the gardens. But there is a whole industry out there making miniature things for the gardens Wow. These are great things for young kids to make...might get them interested in gardening. xoxo,Susie
DeleteThis is such a great idea! Your fairy garden is so so cute! Thanks for sharing! Greetings all the way from England
ReplyDeleteThese are so clever, because I imagine it isn't easy getting the scale right. They make me think of the Enid Blyton fairy stories I read as a child.
