Sunshine...

Oh yes. We had sunshine all day yesterday, right into evening. I loved it. Between the trees in this photo is Tipton , off in the distance. Today the sun is out once more.  Doesn't seem near as cold when I get to see the sun. :):)
Our lawn is covered in fallen leaves. Too many to mulch, so there will be raking involved. All the little piles of leaves , here and there. We rake them into piles and pick them up and haul them to the neighbor's woods down the road.  We hitch the trailer to the golf cart. You all know that golf cart is our "mule". It's been a blessing out here.
Yesterday, I drove to our park. Just wanted to be outside in the sun. See people. There was a young couple in the park getting photos taken...it appeared to be engagement photos. They looked so cute and pleased. I was happy for them. :):)
Today, I have nothing pressing to do but a load of laundry. It's in the washer right now.  Hope all of you are having a wonderful Sunday. XO

    1. BJ, I looked on line to see what bunco really was...cause for years, about a 100, since I was little, I thought bunco was a card game. I watched a film and it's with dice. LOoks like fun. Are you making those maple flavored cookies?? LOL. Hope your day is fun for you. Blessings, xoxo,Susie

  2. As I said on your previous post it's snowing at a good clip at the moment. All I can do is hang around and eat soft mushy food. I too have laundry to do but I think I'll just watch the Patriots game in the snow. Arlene is going to bring me some chicken soup later on. That's better than more oatmeal.

    1. Boston Boy, You are such a good person. I am so glad Arlene lives near and is taking care of you. Soup will be nice after oatmeal. Some Sundays I just do a few chores. But I may actually go out and wash my windows while the sun is shining. I have the best way to wash them. A long handled squeegee and a trash can with vinegar , a few paper towels to wipe the squeegee and presto clean windows. Take care and rest while you can. Blessings to you and Arlene. xoxo, Susie

  3. Is that a sunset in your town, Susie, it's so beautiful? You know, I come over here every day, but not sure if I followed you yet, so I am going to follow you today......and I will be your 200th. I hope that makes your day because you are such a special blog friend to me, and I adore your comments that you leave me every time. You're such a wonderful person with a good heart.

    Happy November, dear Susie.

    1. Sheri, How very kind of you to say those nice things. I do follow many more people than is on my side bar....I have not idea how to change my side bar. Or truly how to be a follower other than putting people in my favorites column. Yes that picture is taken at sunset facing towrd mt town...but the sun was setting in the opposite direction , I like how it made the clouds pink. Blessings, xoxo,Susie

  4. That is a gorgeous sunset picture, Susie. I hear you - too many leaves here to mulch also. Darn it! I do not like raking leaves! lol

Hope you have a great Sunday there. We have sunshine today, too, and it warmed up to 40 something but it's still cold! xo Diana

  6. Pretty sunset. We have lots of sunshine today. Yesterday was rainy and foggy -- couldn't see the mountains at all. This morning the clouds rolled away and we saw snow on the mountaintops. Beautiful. Tomorrow is my laundry day. Don't work too hard. xxx ~ Nancy

  10. What a gorgeous sunset! We had a pretty one here tonight, not as pretty as the one you snapped though. It gets dark so much sooner with the time change!
