Susie, Stop Your Whining......

That is what I am telling myself today, stop whining !!! After seeing the lake effect snows near Buffalo, N.Y.  what is this small amount of snow and cold? Honestly I have turned into a pansy. :) This is the view of my home town. You can see the courthouse clock tower between the trees.
This is how it is looking around here.  A warm up is happening today...32 degrees, but up to 30 mile an hour winds. Brr. LOL. Oh sorry whining again.  Been having toasty fires in the fireplace.  Will need them for a day or two. Now come this weekend, we may get in the high 40's maybe up to 50 degrees.
Take care everyone , stay safe and warm.  XO

  1. Hi Susie,
I know I keep telling myself to stop whining about the weather too but it is hard to deal with these below normal temps already. At least when the sun is out it helps. Stay warm. Wooo Hooo we will hit 30 here to day too.

    1. Hi Kris, Never thought I would ever think 30 degrees would be a small heat wave. LOL. But after yesterday wind chills...it sure seems so. I think the sun helps us deal with the cold. Warm hugs to you, Susie

    1. Hi Judy, Oh today the snow did melt some. That's good. The wind was not as bitter cold as yesterday. I did go outside and stand on the porch just for some fresh air. Put the trash can away after the men came by. picked up my mail at the end of the drive. So I still get out ...just not going anywhere. LOL. We had some sun today and I always love that. Blessings, xoxo,Susie

  21. I would probably whine if I had snow for many days in a row too. However, that's a rare event around here. I kind of like it when it snows since we don't get it very much. Hope you get some warmer weather soon.
