One Warm Day....

 This is yesterday's sunset. What a glorious day we had on Saturday. It was near 50 here. I thought it was just 38 to 40 but the news said later it was 50. Wow-wee that is spring temperatures.
 You can see the snow had almost melted, in this shot.
 This is what it looks like this morning...gone !! Water is standing in places , because the ground is not fully thawed.
The fields look like this, you saw Friday's shot in my post yesterday.   I know we have truly been about the luckiest place this winter. I am thankful for this mild winter too. I will say we have had some truly cold temperatures and more are being predicted for this coming week. 
  We had  a great day Saturday.  Going to my daughter's today , maybe we can take a walk around her neighborhood. Hope you have a good day. I know it's not going to be nice in the northeast. Keep those people in your thoughts  today, please. XO

      Kay, It clouded up today, but the temps are still decent. I am ready for spring. Even though this has a been a mild winter for our area. Hope you have had some hike on your mountain. Blessings, xoxo,Susie

    It's sunny blue skies here in Texas!!! This has been the MILDEST winter I can remember in a long long time!!!

    Gorgeous sunset!! We too, have been blessed with mild temps this week - 72 yesterday. Course, it will come falling down drastically towards the end of the week but for now, I'll really enjoy it.

    We've had some great weather this weekend. I feel like I should have been outside working, but it is a little early for that and besides...I've gotten lazy this winter! Beautiful sunset, Susie!

      Cheryl, The weather was wonderful. Just giving us a taste of spring. I think it is too wet around here to do any kind of yard work. But we could take walks.     Well I guess you know what it's been like around here. We won't see a scene like in your pictures (lovely sunset) for a while. There are now 9 and 10 foot piles at the corners...well everywhere. More on the way. As I write this it's quiet. not snowing and planes are taking off. It's just a lull.

      Bostob Boy, I saw where New York loaned some snow melters to Boston...I wondered where it could all go.. I pray to heaven you do not get much more and that when it melts it melts slowly...or there could be floods. I am so sorry the coast is having such a hard winter.     I sure looks different without the snow. We had a good and busy Saturday. Went to Issac's flag football game (he's 7) great grandson. Then on to see our granddaughter Monique and Eddie's new home. (They got married last June) A good day!

    Well I loved the warmer weather even though it was short lived. I hear it's going to be colder again this week. I hope you got to go for that walk. I went for a small one on our property and you are right. Water standing everywhere. Have a good week Susie.

      Cindy, The weather was nice, but the wet ground did not allow for any gardening of any kind. Yes, we are going to have arctic cold again. I am all for one month and one month only of winter. :):) Blessings, xoxo,Susie

    We are rather wet here, too, but not like that. You had more snow last time and we got rain. Its still mushy anywhere you walk. Have a fun day. We are back to winter now...boo hoo.
