Here's some roses for all of you on this Valentine's day.
This is in my yard. It's the rose bush, my daughter Kathy , wants me to keep for her.
It has the prettiest salmon color.
This is my sister's yellows roses. I'd love to have one of these.
Oh I am just throwing in one of my favorite sunset photos for all of you. I like to share them with my blog friends. Wishing all of you a safe and happy Valentine's day. Sending prayers to our friends on the east coast. Let's enjoy this day. XO
Have a great valentine weekend!

Hi Jo, So glad you came by. I love roses, although I am not such a good gardener of them. I try to keep the beetles off them and add some miracle grow.. Blessings to you for a great weekend. xoxo,Susie
DeleteThank you for the beautiful roses, Susie. I especially love the yellow one. And the sunset is gorgeous! Have a wonderful weekend and Happy Valentine's Day!
ReplyDeleteCheryl, Those yellow roses do not seem to get a lot of sun....but they have grown nicely. Hope you have a good valentine's day also. xoxo,Susie

ReplyDeleteHi Jeanie, I like roses at any time, don't you? But the ones from the florist just never smell as nice as those from your own yard. :):) Blessings to you, xoxo,Susie
DeleteI hope your Valentine's Day is very nice and romantic...after 55 years, our romance is short-lived....hahhaaa....
ReplyDeleteHi BJ, After 55 years...your love is strong girl. I know what you are saying though...not a lot of hoopla. But there's a lot of trust and you know you can count on your man. Blessings, xoxo,Susie
DeleteThose are lovely roses, Susie! A favorite flower here. Happy Valentine's Day! xo Nellie
ReplyDeleteNellie, I love roses too. I only have three rose bushes...and it's a job for me to keep them alive. LOL. Hope you are doing well. xoxo,Susie
DeleteOooh, they are so pretty, I can almost smell them! Sure wish I could grow roses! The sunset is so pretty, too:)
ReplyDeleteDonna, I love the smell of roses in our gardens better than at the florists. I do not know where the last zone for growing roses is exactly. They are lucky if they live around me..i just am not that good raising them. But oh I love them. xoxo,Susie
DeleteThose are beautiful. Happy Valentine's Day!
ReplyDeleteHope you have a beautiful valentine's day.xoxo,Susie
DeleteHappy Valentine's Day, Susie. Thanks for the roses, they are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI had to leave two large long stem yellow rose bushes when we move, Love yellow roses.
Wanda, My daughter dug up that salmon colored rose...her son got it for her one mother's day...so she did not want to leave it while she lived in an apartment. So I have it till she settles somewhere. :) Sorry you had to leave your yellow roses. xoxo,Susie

Viv, we are not having flowers other than store bought ourselves. This is central Indiana and it's so cold. You know we do not have to wait much longer for spring. The days are flying by. Hope your day is full of sweet hugs from all your grands. xoxo,Susie
DeleteHappy Valentines Day. I particularly like the yellow rose. You don't have to ask me what's new.
ReplyDeleteOh Boston Boy, my goodness, I know I would be out of my ever loving mind if I had the snows up there. I have been praying for all of you, to be safe, not to lose power. Take care. xoxo,Susie
DeleteHappy Valentine's Day Susie!
ReplyDeleteaahh, thank you for the roses, Susie. The pink ones made me smile. I hope you had a very nice Valentine's Day. Oh, and that sunset.....gorgeous. You should start a folder just for your sunsets and sunrises. :~) I made one yesterday for sunrises because I tend to see them more than sunsets. Yours are so beautiful.
