Some Rain & A Bit of Sunset....

This is one of the rains that rolled in here the past few days. It  looked a bit scary and had lightening .
But as the worst of it was past, the sweet sunset showed itself. I will love the sunshine any way I can get some. Even a sliver at sunset. LOL. Today is very pretty, but still on the chilly side.
I went to my sister's , she was planting marigolds. They were a perky golden color. She has some wonderful poppies. They had taken a beating from all the heavy rains.  I swear, where is my camera when I need it?? Always home, never in my hands. My sister has purple and gold colors for her flowers. :):)
Hope you have a  great weekend . XO

  2. I think most of the rain is behind us. Still getting small pop ups here and there, but did to work outside this morning. Still chilly here, too, but we will warm up this week! And no more rain for awhile. Take you camera with you!

    1. Linda, I was just thinking today, I am going to get a new smaller camera, that I can carry all the time. I have a nice camera, cost way more than it's worth....but It's too big to put in my purse. I love my sisters, they are all different too. I am the oldest and the nicest. LOL. Blessings, xoxo,Susie

  9. No one mentioned the "orbs" in your photo's. Interesting. I have those in my home often...but rarely outside. Some are huge and others very tiny.
I have heard all sorts of explanations..but ...I have my own.
Great pictures of that storm lurking overhead. :)
I always smile when I see the picture of you against that wall looking so small.
