I found this pack of crafting papers, 50 sheets for $ 2. 99 ....What a deal. The red plaid is the same that was all over Horton's market, last Christmas.
Got a same bottle of chalk board paint and some copper paint. I will use that copper on the post caps . These fabric flowers were marked down. I thought I would make Emma and Savannah some head bands with them.
The flower in the white picture were 40 % off, I stuck them in the pitcher for a photo, it's for fall. The little decoupaged vase has real marigolds in it. My daughter made the vase a long time ago.
Hope all of you are having a wonderful Saturday. XO
You've got some treasures. I hope to get to Michael's this weekend and do some crafting shopping. The headbands will be adorable.
ReplyDeleteOur Michael's in near Indy. Too far, thank goodness for the Hobby-Lobby in Kokomo. Good luck with your finds. xoxo,Susie
DeleteYou got a great deal on the paper. The fabric flowers are cute as can be for head bands. I need to buy some fall flowers before they all disappear!
ReplyDeleteI am thinking of making a wreath, that I can just change up some fake flowers in for all the seasons. The paper was a fun deal. xoxo,Susie
Deletelots of good stuff, possibilities, lots of fun fun fun!!
ReplyDeleteLaurie, The paper had lots of Christmas designs...so that could be fun for some cards. Or ornaments. xoxo,Susie
DeleteI actually went shopping yesterday and everyone had their fall stuff out ready to go! Your all set with your flowers.
ReplyDeleteAnn, This is the real reason I went to H-L...I was looking for a sale on summer garden stuff..It was all gone, the Thanksgiving/fall stuff and Christmas things were out. boy I missed the boat on the summer sale. xoxo,Susie
DeleteI love that red plaid paper! Red plaid has always been a favorite of mine! xo Nellie
ReplyDeleteNellie, I love all the plaid picnic things I see on blogs. I am sure you have seen them too. It sure was cute with lots of little cardinals every where last Christmas. xoxo,Susie
DeleteYou found some real treasures!! My daughter (Summer) is at a Scrapbooking Event today. This evening she is coming over to do crafts with me! Wish we lived closer! We would have a CRAFT PARTY!!!!
ReplyDeleteLinda, If we lived closer, you'd have to run me off with a stick. LOL. I would love a big old craft party. You should show some of Summer's scrapbook crafts. I just don't seem to have that much patience any more. LOL. Hope everyone is well, xoxo,Susie
DeleteYou found some good deals! Love the white pitcher of flowers on the red and white checked tablecloth.
ReplyDeleteCheryl, I call that my farm picnic table cloth.LOL. Once I wash it I just put it back on the table. I have plenty. The red checks make me think summer. xoxo,Susie
DeleteIt sounds like you have some craft ideas going on! I have a very slow week ahead of me and I thought maybe I would work on something, maybe a banner. Maybe try a new recipe. Clean out the office! Ha!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your nice comment. I know you must hear a lot of the Chicago news. I wonder if people think I live in an urban jungle? We do have crime in my area and the "safe" neighborhoods are getting more vigilant because we are being targeted by being naive. I don't like walking to my car at night in my driveway and having to look around. I just worry about my kids, and their kids...will they have to move further and further away as time goes on?
Hope you're having a great weekend. We skipped the lake as hubby really wanted to focus on a trial he has coming up next week. But we are going out to dinner tonight so all is well in my world! Ha! I'm so easily pleased! :)

Blondie, You know I could go to my girls' houses and clean up a storm to help them out...but drag my feet when it's my own. But I get it done, cause I hate dirt, inside that is. LOL. If your husband has an important trial, you better fix him a special recipe. . Hope your evening is fun with some hand holding. xoxo,Susie
DeleteThe flowers will make cute headbands. Gosh I need to get to the store before fall stuff is moved aside for Christmas...slow down time!
ReplyDeleteTerri, Honey, you bet get to hobby-lobby next week. they already have Thanksgiving and Christmas things out. I thought I might cash in on some summer garden things on sail....boy I missed that boat. xoxo,Susie
DeleteHobby Lobby and Joann's fabric stores are very dangerous stores for me to stop by!! I always walk out with more than I meant to! My daughter and I are crazy about crafts, so it's easy to get lost in those stores!
ReplyDeleteI changed my blog address so I'm no longer on any of your follow lists, please note my new address, it's http://www.tlcukjourney.blogspot.com ... I miss my blogging friends!
I hope you're having a great weekend!

Tammy, There's a Joanne's fabric store next to the Bog-Lots, in Kokomo, across the road from Hobby-Lobby. I am glad you craft with your daughter. When my girls were small there wasn't so much craft things around. We usually used old cards and craft paper. Blessings, xoxo,Susie
DeleteOh my, I also put some Fall flowers in a vase. I am already thinking Fall and I know I shouldn't push time. I am glad you liked my Estate Sale finds. It was fun.
ReplyDeleteYou are so crafty..I sort of wish I had not given it all up so readily. I just stopped all of it. I most especially wish I still painted my roses.
I love the touch of Fall is August. Why not, I say. I didn't need the dishes either..but I said "why not!" and bought them. I just hope they come...
Mona, It does seem like fall is coming fast. Once kids start school, the summer seems gone. Our schools around Indiana have started in some town. All will be attending by the 3rd week of this month. Blessings to you and your family, xoxo,Susie
DeleteOh, I love all your finds at a Hobby Lobby! From your previous posts, yes I collected angels for years and Boyd's bears along with Beanie babies...let me see what else? Oh, yes pins...lol why?you ask, I don't have a clue.. Most are now in the basement..where I can't get at them! Lol
ReplyDeletegreat finds. If we ever get a Hobby Lobby I am going to clean them out for sure!
ReplyDeleteDon't ya just love Hobby Lobby? I go there all the time. What pretty flowers, Susie. They look stunning against the white vase. That decoupaged vase is so cool.
ReplyDeleteOh Susie, Fall is my very favorite season, and it will be here before we know it. :~)
