This store , I think it's a store or some kind, is in West Middleton. That's a bump in the road type of town. It sits right on the road- almost. I am going back there one of these days soon and check it out. It looks like the perfect antique shop. I'll post if I find out more. Just makes me think of the old western days.
We are in for some mighty hot days at the end of this week. Please people take care in the heat. xo
Hi Susie: Looks like the kind of place that would make me happy to explore. Hope you are able to..Happy Tuesday..Judy
ReplyDeleteOooo a mystery building. Can't wait to see what you discover.
ReplyDeleteThose are the kinds of buildings our kiddos will never see but in pictures. The old America is vanishing. We are getting some tropical winds from Debby here and it is a nice 87.
ReplyDeleteOlive, you are so right. I hate when people tear down things that possibly could be re-done.xo, Susie
DeleteI hope the building doesn't become part of "urban renewal.":( Hopefully it has some treasures for you to discover.
ReplyDeleteHi Susie, I can almost see a couple of old men playing checkers on the porch of that old store. Maybe, even huddled around the pot belly stone, in the winter, swapping fish stories. I'm glad you got a picture of it, because it probably won't be long, before someone decides to tear it down and put up a mini mart.
ReplyDeleteI'm very happy that you like the water bottle bags. They were one of those easy-pleasey projects. Thanks so much for stopping in, it is always nice to see another Hoosier gal. I'll always consider Indiana, as home, even though I've lived in the Pacific Northwest, longer now that I never lived back home.
Have a great week, Connie :)
Hi Susie! I am so glad to meet you. Thank you so much for your lovely message.
ReplyDeleteI love 'bump in the road' kind of towns. I hope you get to get back to it soon and tell us all about it!
What a neat old store! Don't you love to see things like this? xo Diana
ReplyDeleteIt definitely looks worthy of further investigation!
ReplyDeleteI would love to find an old place like that around here! Stay cool girl!
