Be Gone...

 This is what happened yesterday afternoon....the snow melted. Hooray. I knew it could not last it was just too warm. Today is to be 60 degree, oh boy. I may rake around in the yard. Cut back things in the flower beds. You can see our grass is looking greener.
This is what it was like while it was snowing yesterday morning.  We did get an inch of snow. The weatherman actually said the name of our town on the news this morning.LOL  If I had not shoveled our driveway , you would not know it had snowed. But by shoveling there's wee piles of snow  still along our drive.:):)
  My daughter told me that her Spring break will be the week of April 7th-through the 11th. So gee I'll have to start sorting through my closets and bagging up some things. We usually make a drop off at the good will stores when Angie's on break.  You know the truth is if I could wear everything in my closets, I'd never need to shop again in my life time. Well...unless I would  ever  get to go to Paris.  xo

    Just from that little photo I can tell you have a pretty yard. It really brightened my day to see sunshine and greenish grass :-) It is brown between the snow banks here.....but it IS melting! We MIGHT hit 50 today, one can only hope... I'm purging clothing too. I won't be working so I won't need some of the things I just kept for work. Have a great day outside!!!!

    That is just a gorgeous stand of trees on your property,Susie. I am glad that your snow is gone. WE STILL HAVE SNOW here. It is unbelievable.
    Have fun with your daughter. I just went through my closets and took a TON of stuff to the YWCA program for women going back to work that need dress clothes. I am so glad to have more "stuff" gone. xo Diana

      I love our pine trees , if I can keep the power and light boys away from them...you know how they like to cut them ..the power lines to our house come through them on the west side.xo,Susie

    I have an Angie too! Hope you have a wonderful time with her. Sounds like fun, and nothing a mom loves more. So glad your snow melted. Please send that warmer weather up here!

    I'm glad you're starting to have better weather. I sure need to work on my clothes. Since my hair color change...I need to get rid of some colors that look terrible on me now! lol Enjoy your day sweet friend!

    I know you must be so glad to finally have nice weather. I like snow, but not as much as people up north get it. Good luck with cleaning out your closets. It always feels good to get rid of stuff.

    I'm working on my bagging and decluttering. It's warmer, but we're not quite at spring yet. Send some of your 60 degree weather to New York, please!
