Don't You Want To Play?????
I have been enjoying Donna's posts from Savannah ,Ga. Lots of pretty things to see there and warm weather. It's just nice to know some of our blog pals are having fun in the sun.
I will be doing some laundry this morning...oh joy !! Who wears all these clothes away? I'll cook lunch and clean up after, once the fellows decide to eat. I hope when you read my whining complaints, you don't take them to heart. I know I am blessed to have food to cook, a home to clean and clothes to wear.....I know I am blessed to be able to wash them without going down to the creek and pounding them on a rock. No wonder people join nudist colonies. LOL
Have a great weekend. Just please be safe if you are in the nasty weather's path. xo

Hi Susie. Love the playground pic. Looks like we will be getting rain here. Stay safe in your snow. Laundry is on my agenda too. Blessings, MildredReplyDelete
it's march, the snow can't last much longer. i hope anyway. be well honey!ReplyDelete
Make the bus stop at my house too, please. :-) And aren't you glad you're not Amish, doing your laundry and hanging it outdoors?? Yikes!ReplyDelete
Once I read about the day in the life of an Amish housewife..Yikes, she did more in one day than I do in a month. xo, SusieDelete
It has to stop soon. Spring is in 20 days! If it makes you feel any better, I could run my washing machine for 8 hours and day and still have more to do. My boys make a lot of dirty!ReplyDelete
The playground pic has me longing for fun in the sun too. The snow is scheduled to start here any minute now and last till Monday morning.ReplyDelete
Beth, Every time I hear about snow, I always wonder if you are getting it too. You are right, we are in the same line. xoxo,SusieDelete
It is the day-to-day routine chores that make up our lives, Susie. It is good to head for a playground at times for a little escape.:-) xo NellieReplyDelete
The playground looks so inviting, I'm ready for green ;)ReplyDelete
Snow watch in place for us tonight, a good time to start Spring cleaning methinks.
I cook and clean for just two people, it still seems like endless amounts.
Jo, there's just Ted and I here...but the laundry looks like more. xoxo,SusieDelete
hehe nudist colonies(:) would be easier I suppose..ReplyDelete
Sun yes is so nice... been the longest winter in history I think ..(:)
17 rabbits wow how fun.. hope there are many of them left(:) hugs..Patty
Savannah does not know that a man bought a couple to eat...she thinks he is raising some now..shhh. xo, susieDelete
I'm sorry to hear that you're expecting more bad weather. I think this Winter has been especially hard on everyone this year. I did lots of laundry today too. I think it never ends!Delete
This looks so inviting. I wrote by the lot where my children played on the playground. There was no slides, swings, merry-go-rounds as there once was-just an empty lot. I was so sad. My memories of picnics and playground are forever in my mind of a little girl and her baby brother at play.ReplyDelete
I know everyone is ready for Spring! We drove into a city park today and there was some playground equipment with big fish around the slide. I thought that was cute for Florida! Sweet hugs!ReplyDelete
Yep we are getting the same ole same ole as you guys up here in Chicago. The never ending winter. I hope to see grass someday soon and flowers. Stay warm and safe.
Beth's snow is coming this way though things have changed a bit since yesterday and it looks like we'll just be getting a dusting to an inch or so they say. Oh to feel 40 degrees again!ReplyDelete
