Plans? What Plans????

This is the table I had planned on painting yesterday. You see where I painted it white, then stenciled ivy on top. Well I truly wanted to just paint the top , over the ivy. I never got around to it. Too much wind and too many interruptions.
 The fellow Ted  has made  political signs for,  called, then came by with more posters.  This is around lunch time.  I fixed lunch, cleaned up after. Then Ted wants a hair cut, which I gave him. . It seemed I could never get back to that table . I finally said forget it till it was not windy... So my big plans of painting that table have been tabled. :):)
  If it doesn't rain, maybe some yard work.  Hope your day is good. xo

    I have days where I get sidetracked and don't accomplish anything on my to-do list. We've been working in the yard a little but we've had quite windy weather too.

      Under the table is a tall birdhouse that is stenciled also. It all ties in. Gosh, Maybe I should just wash the table. LOL.xoxo,Susie

    Susie, I hate when plans get put on hold, but it can happen. I have a desk half painted and need to finish. It is in the middle of my dining room table so that's not a good thing. Happy Wednesday..Judy

      Laurie, I cut Ted;s hair with a contraption called a "Flo-be" .It hooks up to the vacuum cleaner...works great. He's saved tons in haircut money. xo,Susie

      Patty, I use what ever is handy...house paint, craft paint, mixed up on the spot at times. I just like to refresh things. xox,Susie

    Oh for sure...I can have my agenda planned out with all good intentions but I get sidetracked lots of times. Oh well, that's life. I eventually get to that project a day or two later...it all gets done. You have a good day, and fret not!!

    That's an adorable little table and looks good "as is", so you don't have to be in a hurry to get it done. Soon the wind will die down and you'll get it painted exactly as you want.

    I got some raking done a couple of days ago, in our little flower bed. It was covered with leaves, and plants were trying to push their way up. I'm glad I did, since it's pouring down rain today. Do you think we are going to have as much rain as we did snow? If so, our town is in trouble. We're not even cleaned up from the tornadoes last November yet.

    I have an idea for your table. get some lace and tape it down. then spray paint over it.
    you will have to wait until it dries to pull it off.
